The delivery company were amazing but SCS themselves are awful, waited 4 months for a sofa and then the wrong one is delivered. Contacted store brought from and new sofa being delivered still with another 4 months wait time. No compensation allowed to be offered as we opted for a new sofa to be delivered - obviously as the one we have been delivered is not the one we want.

Very happy with our experience today, Nathan assisted us today and helped us sort out our payment. Very thankful for this and do recommend shopping here.

Told us that our sofa would fit through a standard door and it doesnt. So now having to pay extra for someone to come and break down the sofa further so it fits through the lounge door.
Awful service and I will be invoicing scs to pay for the breaking down as the salesman assured us it would fit.

From beginning to end, Raz and Vanita were absolutely amazing. I had a brilliant experience. The staff were exceptional and very professional, provided me with a very clear explanation of each range.

I returned to the store today after my first consultation with Nathan, 2 days previous. I decided to purchase the sofa which I discussed with Nathan at my first visit. I was very pleased to be able to be served by Nathan again because he was very polite and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products.

Vanita and Raz at the Bedford store made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they spent a lot of time with us helping us get our order right.
Delivery was 3 weeks before expected date the only problem was we were going to get a time slot for delivery but didn't it just turned up on the designated day. As it happened there were no parking problems but could have had a problem not having a time slot.
We needed some after sales service as one side of the 2 seater sofa was loose. All handled very professionally and sorted. Thank you ScS and Raz and Vanita. Well done.

My wife and myself visited the Bedford retail park - nice modern showroom plenty of choice- Chris the salesman was a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. (I would like to add that NO salesperson would have been able to sell me the addition care package) fingers crossed that everything goes as well when we get the sofas.

I was served by think his name was Raz? He was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge plus he placated my 81yr old mother by showing her the underneath of the chair! I can’t wait to receive my new sofa.

Ordered a corner sofa after being told it was modular, so should be easy to deliver. On the day of delivery it wouldn’t fit through the door as not modular. Was told by delivery crew we would be contacted within 24-48 hrs. Needless to say we contacted scs to complain and was told they do not contact us but we have to contact a person to dismantle the sofa to rebuild at an extra cost of £150. Thank you scs.

Great service and very good salesman, he listened to exactly what we required and very helpful, dissapointed and disgusted though when I can spend £13.00 on a pizza it's delivered free yet Spend over 3 grand with SCS I have to pay £119.00 delivery charge
