Had a great experience with Samsung care plus twice now, they were fast and prompt in replying to my messages in regards to the repair of my phone and the repair was complete within 5 days. Unsure why so many negative reviews but I certainly haven't experienced this with Samsung care + :)

Souvent ils refusent de prendre votre déclaration de sinistre car ils mettent en doute votre parole vu que votre conversation téléphonique est enregistrée ils re eoutent pour trouver de faille dans vos dire .Si tout fois apres une longue bataille téléphonique et mail et apres l envoie de devis de réparation Premièr surptise il y a une franchise de payer 109€ par carte bancaire ensuite vous devez expédié votre téléphone cela pourra vous prendre 2 à 3 mois .NOUS DEVONS TOUS PORTER PLAINTE CONTRE SAMSUNG CARE---------- ainsi ils ne vont plus agir de la sorte envers les CLIENTS.
Awful service and experience
Awful service and experience. Will be my last Samsung device. The phone repair took 3 times longer than the quoted repair time and I needed to follow up several times. After I received the phone back, I noticed they did not place the new hinge on correctly and buttons stick out on the side. The device i now always overheating as well. This company i awful and I would suggest no one pays for this
This is a joke don't bother cause u won't have a phone by the end of it.
Would give 0 stars but can't, where to start.
So first time I rang them to get my screen fixed and to change over my details as moved house, was presured to pay the £99.99 or phone would be returned if not payed when they received it so I did that, then gave new house address so 1 can update system and 2 get it collected from new address and confirmed it 3 times. To the shock of no 1 they sent it to the wrong address... but thank God the new owner knew our new address so got redirected here. So rang them a second time to reiterate the new address and to get confirmation it would be sent to this address all do all confirmed, to the shock of no1 it was sent bk to the old address. So I went to collect it and upon opening it the screen was not fixed, 3rd call to them to find out why it's not been fixed they said they would check with the department that handles repairs and would contact me in a day. 4 days later with still no reply came the 4th gone call after a nearly 1 hour conversation due to there servers constant crashing, apparently they Id number of the phone did not match hence why it was sent bk. (Side note the phone was switched by them when I first got it as there was a manufacturing error with the hinge and they didn't update the information) so arranged another collection which dpd came collected and went. Received an email from them saying that the claim was accepted and something that didn't make sense at the time but will get into that in a moment. So after 2 weeks or waiting rang for the 5th time to see where my phone was to which this is where the email comes into play, they said that I had dent take the phone to the Samsung store to get it seen to... which was mentioned in the email but due to the ineptitude of this company I disregarded as the phone has been collected. To which I replied the phone was collected as didn't need to take it in and I don't have iv que a 20 minit argument about my taking a phone I nolonger had to get repaired at a shop when they had the phone sent to them. So after a back and forth they are and now adding in they needed the id number which is on the phone and the packaging that was sent to them and another 10 minute argument starts they need this number that I no longer have (at this point I'm loosing the will to live). They finally get the picture and sent ret another email to find it... and no I'm waiting to here bk about it but will update with another thrilling response when I inevitably have to ring them for a 6th time cause they won't get bk to me. The date iv out is as of today as I can't remember the date this all started it's been nearly a month ago at this point. Update so they found my phone and after 2 more phone calls and another argument about my insurance lapsing (wouldn't of lapsed if they did it when I first sent it off) then extended it to cover the time to fix it just waiting for it to get fixed and sent bk to me will up date if anything else happens.

When your paying 1500 for a phone and the screen breaks and they tell you it's going to to take 7 days to fix with no replacement phone, for that time they were hinting at me to buy another one just to get this one fixed. it's ashame I never read these reviews before I added it to the basket when I bought it .get insurance with your bank do get samsung care .

Called Samsung Care+, been on hold for a couple of hours and still no one to speak with; bought my S24 Ultra in April,take we several hours to charge my phone as it heats up and have to disconnect for an hour or so to let the phone cool down so I can charge it up for about 15 minutes before it heats up to the point it is too hot to hold, the repeat the process again and guess what I'm still on hold and its been 3 hours and phone is now heating up again...AHHHHHHHHHHHH
AI on my S24 Ultra is not working and/or cancels page read and sends me to some other page I have no interest in.... pure crap

Pay monthly for Ensurance on my phone since they told me a new device will be send if something happens to my phone damage or losing the device, they send a refurbished (repair phone) with issues, after paying $100 dollars, called samsung 4 times in diferent time and informed samsung employ that the device got lost, after a month they charge me $990 because I didn't send the device, informed that I contacted samsung 4 times and they say is ok since I have Ensurance that cover losses, the samsungcare department say that the communication with samsung and samsungcare is bad and they didn't get any information and that's not their problem is mine since I call samsung not samsungcare.

i reported my warranty issue 45 days ago still there is no fix to my washer. They keep scheduling service but no one showing-up.
Stay Away from Samsung's Care+
I bought a new fridge online from Samsung with 2 years of Care+. It took over 2 months to get the fridge delivered and installed after several delays. I went to get warranty work done since I should have coverage until Nov 1 2024. Come to find out that they start the coverage the day the item gets paid for not when it get delivered. Now it is going to cost me $1000 to get this fridge fixed. Stay away from Samsung!!!!

Ma déclaration de sinistre a été faite le 09/08 et mon S23U envoyé à SBE le 16Aout, puis m'a été tourné non réparé et en pièces détachées avec la mention "irréparable".
Ensuite une semaine plus tard après avoir bataillé Care+ m'a demandé de renvoyer le telephone en vue d'un remplacement.
Nous sommes le 16 Septembre je n'ai toujours pas reçu de remplacement.
Je suis passé de fan N°1 de Samsung à ennemi N°1. Le S23U est mon dernier téléphone de cette marque. Le SAV est juste ignoble.
J'ai un MacBook dont j'ai cassé l'écran; ça a pris 3 jours pour être réparé et j'ai payé 0€ et j'avais pas d'assurance. Mon prochain téléphone sera un iPhone ça c'est sûr.
Quand Assurant m'a dit qu'ils font que l'intermédiaire pour moi avec SBE j'ai sursauté de mon siège. Ils sont pas conscients qu'on a un contrat avec eux et qu'on en a rien à fou*re de SBE.

After receiving my £200 cashback from the Samsung phone I bought directly from their website, I used that money to insure the phone. However, after reading some recent comments, I regret that decision. I wish I had come across these comments before purchasing the insurance. I've always insured my phones through my network provider, but this is the first time I’ve gone with Samsung. It’s a shame.
I’ll be sharing this post with my community to warn others so they don’t end up in the same situation as me and others. I just hope nothing happens to my phone. God forbid.

Been over a week now and I'm still without a phone. Took 5 days for them to collect it!!! Phoned them just now and they're claiming dpd still has my phone, bare in mind they picked it up 3 days ago! Then telling me once they receive my phone it can take 5 to 10 days to repair then they have to send it back which will take another few days. Il end up without a phone for almmost 3 weeks. Absolutely disgusting service. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Not worth the money or the hassle. If I could I would rate this service a zero!!@

I spoke to CarePlus 1300 362 603 on the 25th August at 9:49am on the 25 August Australian Eastern daylight time. I spoke Emanuel. He told me my subscription had run out., Even though I had lodged the claim as above and have not been able to get your website working properly for me again. He was going to escalate it to the back-office team. I had not heard back to I rang again today on the 2nd of September. I was told the same thing and that it was not escalated last time. and he has escalated it and it will take up to 10 days to respond. I am not sure this is the best way to handle long term customers. Shame on you Samsung.”

S23 ultra will be last Samsung product after a decade of being loyal customer with almost exclusive Samsung phones, TVs watches and gadgets.
I bought a new s23 ultra from Best buy where I had geek squad protection previously with no issues. The sales team member informed me that Samsung and best buy had changed policy and suggested I try Samsung care +. Biggest Mistake Ever!! After downloading the care + app and spending hours to upload photos of brand new phone the app wouldn't accept I paid the premium left a review and contacted the company to try getting the issue resolved. After a month they refunded the premium and I was after the time frame to add geek squad or other protection plans. After a couple months the phone screen started to get green lines and I was instructed to take it to batteriesplus for diagnostics test. I later received and email stating they had broke the screen off the phone and were unable to repair it but said the computers showed I had coverage for a replacement. I told them about the app issue but called care + hoping for aresolution only to be accused of telling lies and making false claims which after years of being s loyal Samsung customer was so insulting I have a Motorola phone snd refuse to ever buy anything Samsung. I have been struggling with health issues and currently trying to get disability and know the phone still has value so after some time decided I would try to get the phone repaired to sell for much needee funds. If I log onto samsung.com to schedule a repair for most devices I only have the option to file a claim for this phone. I used the chat feature since I didn't have the option to get the repair on the site and explained the issue with a representative in another department whom assured me to contact care + to have the situation resolved. After be harassed and insulted yet again by care + representative I was at fault for not being able to get the defective app requiring pictures that would not upload and they had refunded the premium and nothing could be done to help repair the phone. I then contacted Samsung with the chat feature and after hours received a ticket for mail in repairs with a $336 upfront cost to repair the phone. After the ordeal I am stuck debating whether to try pay for the repair and try to make a few dollars if possible selling the phone or just throwing the phone away and accepting the fact a company the size of Samsung could have such horrendous customer service and disrespect for those who could have been lifetime loyal customers.

I would not purchase Samsung Care plus again.
No local repair options or at home repair options. Several days for them to approve the claim then they approved it for a drop off service. I had to then wait several days for them to change it.
I'm a week since collection and have no idea what's happening with my repair or when to expect it back.
