Worst service that I have experienced…

Worst service that I have experienced in the US . First they say that my samsung phone is under warranty with Samsung and to discuss with them . Then samsung told me to discuss with samsung care as my specific repair should be covered by them . Either way they finally decide to reject my claim and I had to pay the repair. Totally useless service . I need to buy an iphone fast.

Negative 3. My cell phone went out on Sunday morning. I only had my filp for about 6 months. It took all day to try to get a person for the department I was looking for, only to find out they are closed on weekends.
On Monday, I called several times and got switched around. I explain the problem with my phone (the screen does not work, I can not make calls and so on). The person keep saying the would send the text and email to the number on file. Duh, if I can get into my phone how can I verify ANYTHING.
Talking to Samsung Care+ was like a game of "not my problem" because I keep getting transferred or discontacted.
DON'T EVER GET SAMSUNG CARE +

Samsung is a communication company that uses Latin American workers that lack communication skills. Samsung is another money hungry company that does not care about their customers. I was hung up 4 times because the representative did not how know how to get the answer I was looking for. This is a fraudulent company that gives you a year warranty and make excuses why they can honor their warranty. I know I am a nobody and most likely the company will not lose sleep over my review, I will never buy another Samsung product, this company is a Joke. What a waste of time dealing with their customer service. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Horrendous

Horrendous! They make it very difficult to even find how to make a claim. Then they say thy can't find the policy even though I can see it being active on the "about phone". I sent the picture of the documents with the policy details and they still don't want to take a claim. Waste of money! Won't buy insurances or phones Samsung anymore!

Rude employees

Rude clerks on their 1800 number. People act entitled, cut you off when you speak and hang up while you're talking. Some act tired and really unprofessional. Fortunately for me, the store i brought it to fixed it properly (or at least it seems that way). I would NEVER trust Care plus again. Might as well just buy a very good case and save money.

My phone was stolen and i applied for claim and provide all documents they need but they still rejected my claim its disgusting fully waste of money
I am huge fan of samsung mobile
I am using samsung mobile, watch 6 classic and buds from last 6 years me and my brother both but now i never recommended anyone to buy Samsung products because there services are very disappointed #SamsungCarePlus

Don't bye any Samsung products or samsung care plus policy because it's a totally waste of your money.

Never ever in life trust on samsung or samsung care plus totally waste and totally fraud Samsung care plus they only get money from customers and don't provide any security or services

Other companies are too much good and far better than samsung like Vodafone, three, EE, O2 and even Barclays bank and Lloyds bank mobile insurance are mush far better than samsung
All of them understand customer issue and resolve them but samsung is only one who never understand customer problem and customer issue, totally fraud and waste of money samsung and all services of samsung specially samsung care plus its totally shit

Horrible experience

I once was a big Samsung fan and bought many products at their direct homepage. I as well bought Samsung Care+ for all of my products. I now have 2 cases, and I cannot believe they simply close the request and don't deliver. In one case I was waiting for screen repair parts, their Service Store didn't get them, they simply closed the case without reason (system did automatically). I went into their store 4 times and tried to open a new request. But I was meanwhile out of warranty. I phoned more the 5 hours with their Repair department, the plan department, and the claim department... no chance. In the second case my expensive oven ($2,540.17 ) start loosing enamel inside after 1 year, the spots getting bigger and bigger each time, I opened a repair request, again hours in hotlines, at the end they called it "optical imperfection" and denied to repair. Closed the case.
No Samsung product and no Samsung Care+ any more in my whole life !

Poor customer service ( wait forever on…

Poor customer service ( wait forever on the phone for someone to answer) they give you a 6 hour window of when they will show up ( like people don't have jobs) and then change time at the last minute. I've had to adjust my work schedule twice and my washer still isn't fixed and I still don't know what's wrong with it. It seemed like the tech was just guessing what was wrong and ordered a part that he hoped would fix it.

Not worth the money

I would not recommend no one to get this plan. Not worth it and definitely not worth the time. Had this plan for a long time, and placed a claim and the bull crap they put you through and on top you can't get any body that speaks English. They keep transferring your call and no one resolves the problem. They send emails like how experience went, trust me they suck!!!! Don't waist your money on them.

Is the worst company ever

Is the worst company ever! 2nd of December I received email that they received my phone as I broke a screen, till now I don’t have my phone with me! Yesterday I spend half of the day dealing with them as they even don’t know what is going on and where is my phone! I received a second email from them on 10th of dec that my phone is been repaired, but now after long talks yesterday looks like is not repaired yet! Tomorrow I’m going on holiday for two weeks and I don’t even have the phone or camera, so even can’t make any pictures!! Is ridiculous, only what they can tell me was sorry you then receive your phone after holidays! Is a joke!!! Don’t understand how can take so long to change just the screen! As my phone worked properly even with that screen demage!

Minus 5 stars. Tablet damaged 12 weeks ago, I was expecting 3-5 day turnaround but tablet first returned five weeks later opened for investigation and returned without repair or resealing. New claim raised by Samsung Care/Assurant, not continuation, so back of the queue again. 12 weeks from first claim still no tablet, no news, no communication, 40 minutes per call initially with claims then an extended wait for Samsung Care. Fobbed off, your case handler not available but will call you back as requested. 6 times now over past weeks. No call. Today same old same old, same old but handler I was put through to tells me he cannot see my case as only my handler can. Told him about call back and he tells me there are no requests for call back and when did I last request it. 5 days ago but he tells me there is no record (GRRRRRR!) (ps: how did he know that if he has not been able to see my case notes? I think his name was Pinocchio.) I asked for my case to be passed to another handler and was told that because that was a complaint it would need my case to be reviewed which would now take up to 5 days to re-assess my complaint. (light blue touch paper ...... ) Can you pass me to your boss - no, management do not talk to customers. Maybe if they did they might be inspired to learn and make changes to this woeful organisation.

So twelve weeks of pain, even more delays and no resolution.

I wish I had read this site before I purchased SamsungCare+, words that should never appear together. If you are reading this for guidance - DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG CARE PLUS.

Je n'ai jamais vu ça de ma vie.

J'essaye en vain depuis août de résilier mon abonnement Samsung Care+.
Je n'ai jamais eu a déclarer de sinistre et j'ai voulu résilier car j'ai jugé cette assurance peu utile au vu de ma situation.

Ils continuent de me prelever tous les mois, me disent que l'abonnement est bien résilié mais me preleve quand même.
Obligé de faire opposition sur ma carte bancaire et je peux dire adieu à un potentiel remboursement ils ne répondent même plus..
Je suis bouche bée

SAMSUNG comment est ce possible ? Un géant de la tech, impossible de résilier une assurance facultative je le rappelle et sans engagement...
Alala...

Vous me devez 38,97€ de prélèvements abusifs...

The only way to cancel is by calling
Meanwhile I'm disable, i can't speak and there's no help at all

Samsung repairs told me I needed a whole new machine. My appliance guy (trusted) from JC appliances opened it and it was a pinched wire broken. Fed through the channel of the door. He said the tention there is so tight that it’s hard for the wires to stay without breaking. And the wires are so thin.. imagine the 1,000 ‘ s of call backs they get and tell people they need a new washer or dryer. These ppl are scam artists. The tech they sent out to my house spent 10 minutes diagnosing the issue without pulling off a single panel. Charged me $128. For what? To not look for the issue. Do yourself a favor and get your own appliance trustworthy guy to look into the problem. JC appliances 3053161314.

This company doesn't deserve 1 star. 28days to repair a cracked screen, no communication. When calling every person tells you a different line! Ended up costing me £59excess £264 to fix along with £8.99 a month insurance! On booking the repair I was advised 10days! Absolute joke *****avoid ******
