Very bad service it's been four days since I lost my phone and I filed a claim and still did not receive my replacement phone. They were supposed to send me same day a replacement but that option was not available.I click the next day option, still waiting they take one day to review one day to process one day to accept the claim and now over twenty four hours they didn't provide me the tracking number yet. I emailed them five times with no reply. Customer service is so bad I am not happy apple is thousand times better then this. Samsung phone More expensive and they don't have any store anywhere Apple store are everywhere just go to the store and they solve the issue right away no more Samsung.

Very disappointed!!!! Last month our refrigerator leaked water from inside all over our hardwood floors line a water fall pouring out of the refrigerator. Had to turn the water off to it. A technician came out and serviced it and said it was fixed but it did it shortly after. For 3 weeks I have been trying to contact them to send someone out again but no one is helping. I put several repair tickets in including 5 today and got no response They said there was a 90 day warranty on repair service but no one is contacting me. Help!!!!!

What a waste of time I recommend to all of u don’t buy Samsung care plus it’s totally rubbish service with my experience I have Samsung care plus screen is broken they accept my claim I send it my phone after 10 days all I lost my work and deleted my data from my phone I got phone back without repair and they send me paper that my phone network from motherboard is ok our engineer checked but my phone is black listed then I call customer service no answer after 6 th time I got answer that they are investigating my issue what is going on in repair Center , wow big name but rubbish service .

My samsung s24 Ultra was stolen i was accused of fraudly claiming. upon being asked to send proof to show somehow that my phone had been stolen i got radio silence with no update. upon chasing my claim i got through to CS that was unable to help. They said they had not received the documents requested but refused to give me a solution to resend it and instead kept flogging me off telling me that the claims team will call me back...bearing in mind my phone was stolen how can you call me! they refused to escalate my account to a complaint and i am still left without a phone due to lack of care, process and humility.

Samsung care plus is a scam ,customer services are awful they waist alot of time and in store they lie, you will get a new device if you loss or damage your device but they will send you refurbished devices opened box 📦 which is shame and Assurant is the worst company don't get anything from them they will make you sick ,when you claim they will not even reply you back you'll have to chase your claim it was so depressing. Even in samsung store staff is unprofessional they are busy in chitchat with each other and i am very disappointed

Screen broke on a blue s23 ultra. Due to a shortage of parts I was forced to get a replacement. They required a deposite on the new phone and sent me one that was not the color I purchased. Through Samsung Care subs or not you got your name Samsung on it and can't get the parts? I was without my phone for 13 days.

Wish I could give less. Trying to get my screen replaced but their response takes days...multiple, & when they do response they ask the same questions I already answered, in the same thread. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Cancellation but no refund
I don't even want to give them 1 star. I took out Samsung Care + but then realised I had cover elsewhere and so cancelled within 24hrs. I was assured that my refund had been processed but 2 weeks later still nothing. I have emailed, phoned and put in a complaint and one month on I still don't have my money back. Unless you are sure you want the service don't give them your money - you'll be lucky to get it back if you cancel.

Be very careful when you purchase this policy they take your bank card details and do not set up a direct debit so you are NOT coverd by the direct debit grantee it a card payment that they take every month.
If something is wrong Samsung will direct you to the insurance and the insurance will direct you to Samsung and if you purchase your product through a store on the high street Samsung will direct you to them they will direct you back to Samsung and then Samsung will tell you that the Samsung shop is not a Samsung shop it a franchise so they should take responsibility so no one will take responsibility.
All I wanted was to change by payment date 2 days and was told at the shop that this could be done.
I have been told that Samsung ar not taking any payment from my account this was a reply I had by Samsung when i aske the question who is. taking payment for this insurance.I have confirmed that Samsung are taking payment once a month from my account.
Also had problam with Samsung not passing my information to the insurance company so as far as the insurance company were concerned I didn't exist.
Be very careful customer service is very very bad on the Samsung side of thinks the insurance have a better service but only when you get through to Customer resolutions.
Still can't sort out my problems, on the way to get advice .
Be warned and I hope I don't have to put in a claim I have no hope.

Samsung fold 4 inner screen became defective. I went to local authorize repair dealer. They said they could replace screen, but after 4 hours they came back and said I had to take to another location because they didn't have a part. Call Samsung and requested replacement device. Received reconditioned device that was defective. So I have to try to get another device. Now on hold for over a hour try to get someone on the phone. It is safe to say I will not be doing anymore business with Samsung. The quality has gone down.
