si vous hésitez à prendre un samsung…

si vous hésitez à prendre un samsung prenez un iphone, j'ai acheté le fold 6 l'ecran intérieur à commencé à avoir une bosse qui apparit , puis l'ecran s'est cassé laissant appraitre une ligne noir, je vais chezz leur partenaire qui prends pas sous garantie et me dis de passez par l'assurance, ils réparent mais j'ai du payer une franchise de 150€, 6 mois plus tard meme problème sauf que je n'ai plus d'assurance; je suis dans la mouise c'est la pire expérience sav de ma vie , et bien sur je peux rien faire ils veulent rien savoir, je peux juste fermer ma bouche

I can’t understand my self why did I pay for the insurance for my devices all this year’s. I want to claim a problem with my phone because of the network issue the cancel because i don’t know why. I said it’s ok . Now I am claiming for a stolen phone got everything done police reference proof everything and they send me the email that they will made decisions in few days. After more than 10 years Samsung user now I did order IPhone because of this scams just taking your money. Do not even consider buying a policy of them just wasting your money and nerves if you got a problem.

Careplus send me a fake phone after over a month of no replies..

My phone was stolen. Luckily i had samsung care+. I thought..

My warranty claim was accepted very fast. But i did not hear from any human being for 2 weeks. I started calling and e-mailing, but they could only inform me that the claim was accepted, not when i would receive a new phone. Over a month later, with no replys, i recieve an e-mail from a carrier that a package is on the way. I'm happy. Finally.

When i recieve the package, the colour of the packaging looks off. I open it. The colour of the phone looks off. It's super light. It is a plastic phone. An empty plastic shell. Even the charging plug is fake, and i suspect there is no battery or any electronics inside. Wtf is going on.

Careplus send me a fake phone after over a month of no replys.. GJ.

DO NOT BUY!

They put the care plan in my friends name even though its my social security number, my phone number, my bill, my account, my address, my email. and now its impossible to make a claim. i have to track my old friend down for her ID now to send to them. Also it has taken them 3 days so far to do anything so now i have been 3 days without a phone and still going. WORST SERVICE EVER

Service après-vente déplorable et manque de suivi

Je déconseille fortement ce réparateur agréé Samsung. Mon téléphone est en réparation depuis plus de 12 jours, alors que le délai annoncé était de 3 à 5 jours ouvrés. Aucun suivi n’a été fourni, ni par Samsung ni par l’assureur, malgré mes relances. Il est inadmissible qu’aucun interlocuteur ne soit capable de me donner une réponse claire sur l’état de ma réparation.
5 tickets ont été ouverts par l'assureur care + ils n'ont toujours pas de réponse
Après 20 ans de fidélité avec Samsung, cette expérience désastreuse me pousse à envisager de changer de marque. Un service après-vente aussi peu sérieux est inacceptable pour un groupe de cette envergure.

Samsung is running a scam

Samsung is running a scam. Purchase device at $134 add the Samsung care plus to cover lost and stolen for $129. Device gets lost/stolen and to get it replaced is $149. So I guess I just gave Samsung $129 for nothing. I previously had all Samsung devices and everytime I have had to deal with customer service they are not helpful, not friendly and rude. I will be changing my mobile and computing needs to another company. #Samsung, #samsungcareplus

Samsung is literally the worst company…

Samsung is literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with I’m always told something different, before I filed a claim for my phone I asked will I get the same color and model they told me yes, I filed the claim sent my device off and put in notes my side left frame has an abrasion on it and they never even read the note on top of that started changing parts in the phone screwed up the phone now I cannot even get my phone back. All I really wanted was a replacement phone, same color same making and model and now they still have the phone up yet to get it back on top of that I paid the deductible. They sent me another device and they sent the wrong color and now it’s my problem and they won’t change the color. Save yourself by never dealing with Samsung ever.

Consumer fraudulence

This corrupt organization charges $10/month for literally nothing. They have no tech support. What they call "support", a bot, tells you they will do nothing until the Samsung phone warranty expires (two years). And they're "sorry" but yet they charge ten dollars each month for that two years, that's $2400, twice the cost of the phone. This is blatant consumer fraud.
Today I am filing a formal complaint with the Arizona Attorney General, and the US Attorney General, and the Federal Trade Commission.
I'm also filing one to each for Samsung, who sells the consumer this fraudulent policy.

I believe this is a criminal conspiracy.

Make an apt part not in stock

Made an appointment online to cracked glass on back of phone 2 days in advance. Showed up to appointment, took them a few minutes to find the appointment. Then the part wasn't in stock. Was told part would be in stock within a week. So making an appointment doesn't do anything and I had already paid so I am forced to wait till the part comes in. I will be canceling Samsung Care once I get my phone fixed in 2 weeks.

If I could give this company a 0, I would! I purchased an insurance policy from Samsung Care Plus about a year ago. On Sunday, my phone fell into the ocean and is now living with the fishes. I called Samsung Plus to file a claim as soon as I got home and it was let the mess begin. It seemed to be ok until I tried to go to the link the agent sent me. It stated that my policy was "on hold" and I was unable to do anything further. So... Phone call number 2 is made (all to India) and I am told that I have missed a payment and that is why my account is on hold. I explained that it was impossible since they automatically took the payments from my credit card. He then transferred me to billing who acknowledged that I was not behind and as I had said my payment was made automatically. I explained what the other agent had said and he told me he would speak with the next one and explain the situation before transferring me. On to the next agent. He was never told anything so I had to go through the whole story again and he says there is nothing he can do except open a ticket because it must be a technical problem. I was informed that this would take 24-48 hours before it was unlocked and then I could file a claim which would take another 24 hours. I said this was not acceptable as I have an 87 year old mother and no other means of communication. This was to no avail. Next day, I called again and requested a supervisor. Again... to no avail but at least this guy seemed to listen. He made notes and supposedly spoke with his supervisor and told me I should call back in 2 hours to get the results. I called back. NOTHING CHANGED! I did finally get a supervisor on the phone who told me I would have to wait another 24 hours for the system to synch. Again... I stated this was unacceptable. Perhaps he could clone my account and bypass this or send me a phone and we would deal with their mess when they fixed it. Well... here I am the next day. Still no phone. I was finally able to file a claim. Now they are supposedly going to FedEx me one (tomorrow?). Their website gives you no good information as to what the process is. I was also told I would have to sign for the phone. Well, I work so not sure how that is going to happen, but I guess I will deal with that next. All in all, I think I have spoken with 7 or 8 people. TERRIBLE customer service. Don't walk away from this insurance... RUN! They are horrible!

Waiting ten days for the replacement phone and still no date for delivery

I was sold a two year policy at the Samsung store and told that if my phone was stolen or broken, I would receive a new replacement of the same phone. Well ten days ago, my phone was stolen. I was told that what I will receive is a refurbished phone. That is in the policy but that is not what the Samsung salesperson sold and you only see the policy after you have purchased it (they send it by email). But, even this is irrelevant because after ten days, I still have not even received the 'refurbished' replacement and have not been given a date to say when I will receive it. The whole point of the insurance is not to be out of pocket but I have had to buy a new phone while waiting for the replacement. What a rip off

Opsigelse af Samsung Care+ forsikringen med brev? Virkelig?! Samsung, det er på tide, at I træder ind i det 21. århundrede. Jeg er fuldstændig målløs! Man køber en topmoderne flagship-telefon, inkluderer Samsung Care-forsikringen, fordi den var gratis og uden binding – og så dette?! Hvem i alverden kræver et skriftligt brev til Sverige for at opsige en forsikring i 2025? Det er jo helt absurd!

My phone is under 24 months…

My phone is under 24 months manufacturer's guarantee, after 14 months my fold 4 doesn't open fully...
Sent it for free repair and been told my "manufacturer's guarantee " doesn't covers it so I had to pay £480.
