Unsatisfied, never recommended

Unsatisfied, I filed a claim and sent the documents to the carrier, but they still wouldn't accept them, so they're charging me money and unwilling to help. It's better to spend the money on a new phone or insurance through your bank or carrier. At least if you report it lost, you have a chance of getting a replacement phone. I tried for a month with no benefits, so I canceled the policy because it covers a phone I don't have, and they've been missing the documents for a while. I don't recommend this option.

The worst company

I would not give them even one star if possible.
I contact them to change bank details on phone insurance.
First I emailed them last year to change the bank details and they told me to contact Samsung directly as the insurance was purchased through them.
I was told to go to the shop where I bought the phone, because they are only dealing with online purchases.
At the store, Samsung Westfield White City, London-the manager told me they cannot help me and I need to call the insurance company number, which I did twice. I was again redirected to contact Samsung and this is ongoing circle.
I decided not to contact them again, they can not take my money enymore.

I will never buy anything from them!

Worst ever experience!!!

They will do anything to avoid standing behind there plans.

I added their plan to my new Flip Z7. A few weeks after receiving my new phone, the screen started popping. I called Rogers and they sent me a new phone and i returned the defective one, all good until now. Then I called Samsung Care to transfer the warranty that i just bought. They will not do it unless i can produce a "phone exchange form" which Rogers does not have.

After many calls to Rogers trying to get a form that does not exist, and many calls/emails to Samsung Care explaining that that form does not exist, Samsung care told me to hit the road!!!!!
What a great way to loose customers!!

The worst customer care ever

The worst customer care ever. I called and was left on line for over 3 hours. I was on Nos 3 all through the calls. I have been to their office in Westfield mall and referred to Oxford street where I bought the phone and back to Westfield mall and final given a number to call. A very traumatic experience and phone still not fixed. I would never buy a Samsung again

Una verguenza. El sitio web no funciona y por teléfono me dan por loco

Al comprar el Fold 7... e intentar asegurarlo en Samsung Care, el sitio web se cuelga en el carrito de compra con "internal error". He llamado a Samsung 3 veces y me dicen que "los técnicos lo están revisando" y así llevo 15 días.
Una empresa como esta que no tenga los recursos o el interés de solucionar algo como esto deja mucho que desear.
El servicio de soporte no se entera . Ya en la última llamada me dijeron me fuese a Madrid a hacerlo en persona.
Desastre.

This is absolutely the worst support…

This is absolutely the worst support value and experience I have encountered in over 30 years of working with technology.

I have spent $20K over the last 2 years on Samsung products. I like the products. I have never had to have support on a Samsung product - until now.

My livelihood depends on my Samsung Ultra laptop. I had to send it in for repairs. I was assured I should have it back in a week all fixed up.

Instead it is 3 weeks later and I am still doubtful they have sent my laptop back to me. It won't be repaired and they can't tell me when it will ship back - maybe tomorrow - GROUND UPS even though it clearly says shipping for repairs is 2 day UPS and I bought up for faster service.

Care+ - all versions - are very ambiguously written. Getting support for your claim once it is underway takes 30+ minutes. THey will not escalate an issue to get attention on it. They don't care if/wehn you get the product back.

And this is from someone that has (soon to be had) 2 phones, watch, 2 TVs and a laptop.

The products are good but only as good as their reliability and support. I am DONE DONE DONE being a Samsung customer. Too many other good options out there.

Absolute joke of a service

Absolute joke of a service. When I claimed was told 1 - 5 day turn around. 11 days later and they still don’t have the parts. Also to make it worse it’s a 3rd repair company that are unreachable. As it’s my work phone I’ve had to order another phone as I can’t see my phone coming back anytime soon. I will never take out care plus again.

Terrible Services

Called in for a simple email change since I cannot access old email email anymore to see updates on services requested, changed to new email. They created a new blank account on new email without linking my devices to the new email. Called in to ask them to fix it, rep does not listen keeps trying to talk over me reading a stupid script. Sent broken screen phone to them for replacement due to lack of parts, they sent me new phone without updating my care plan with the new IMEI on the new phone around 2 years ago. Dropped phone and broke screen last week. Still cannot receive updates or status of claim due to email issues earlier that never was resolved. Paid for the replacement. Came to repair center found out IMEI still not updated. Called back to get email issues resolved to find out about update on IMEI request. They routed me back to the original guy in technical support department that tried to talk over me again without asking me what I needed help with. I told him to stop talking and listen to me he kept talking and give me a ticket number for my issues. Just terrible services. Give a zero star if I could.

A bad start from DPD but a good finish by samsung

A bad start, but that was with DPD courier who did not tell me when they would turn up at my door to collect the phone, I had to contact Samsung care twice to reschedule, as they just kept turning up! Without telling me when they would come,🤦. Once I got it away though, samsung repaired my screen and it was returned to me in 4 days, nice 👍. They even sorted my charger port out that was causing me issues which I did not even mention when I put it in for a screen repair. So big plus there!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Samsung Care. As a long-time Samsung customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and support, but what I encountered was anything but that.

From the start, the customer service process was frustrating and disorganized. I contacted Samsung Care regarding an issue with my TV, and not only did it take an unreasonable amount of time to get a response, but I was also passed around between multiple departments, none of which seemed to have a clear understanding of how to help.

What made matters worse was the behavior of the service manager I spoke with. Instead of offering solutions or even showing basic courtesy, the manager was dismissive, impatient, and downright rude. Rather than listening to my concerns, they interrupted repeatedly and spoke in a condescending tone, making the entire interaction feel hostile and unprofessional.

At no point did I feel like a valued customer. I was made to feel like an inconvenience instead of someone who simply wanted fair support for a product under warranty.

It’s incredibly disheartening to see a brand like Samsung fall short in such a critical area. Quality customer service should match the quality of the products—and right now, there’s a serious disconnect.

I hope Samsung takes this feedback seriously and invests in proper customer service training. No one should be treated the way I was, especially by someone in a managerial position.

S25plus keeps restarting

S25plus keeps restarting, sent in for repairs to store they said over their price range for repair to put clamp on samsung care plus , sent phone in , they had it 5 days nothing seems to have been changed , they claim it was exposed to radiation so warranty is void , not sure how my daughter got exposed to radiation, warranty not worth the paper it's printed on

Site informatique qui présente de graves lacunes.

Détenteur d'une tablette Samsung S10 Ultra Wifi, le 8 sept 2025, je m'engage sur le Site Samsung careplus pour contracter l'assurance casse à 129€ pour une durée de deux ans. J'applique la procédure d'inscription sur le site et je règle le montant de 129€ par C.B. Le site m'indique que tout es correct mais ne me communique pas les références de la police d'assurance. Le lendemain je contacte par message le site pour réclamer ma police d'assurance. Après réponse du site qui me demande les références de ma tablette et copie du versement puis échange de nombreux messages, Samsungcare m'indique le 11 septembre 2025 qu'il me rembourse mes 129 € et que je pourrais formuler une seconde demande d'assurance. J'applique les consignes et je formule par 3 fois consécutives ma demande sur le site qui, en clôture m'indique un beug informatique et refuse mes paiements. Echanges de messages qui m'invitent à contacter la société pour effectuer ma demande par téléphone. Je refuse en précisant que je n'ai plus confiance et je démontre l'incompétence générale du site. Samsung care préfère me rembourser plutôt que de me délivrer la police d'assurance alors que Samsung détient toutes les informations nécessaires à la rédaction de cette police d'assurance.
Suite : le 13/09/2025, je constate deux débits de 129 euros de mon compte bancaire alors que mes paiements avaient été refusés suite au bug informatique du site de Samsung, je m’empresse de rédiger un message à Samsung pour réclamer un remboursement de 2 x 129 euros soit 258 €. En conclusion le site Samsung care plus est à fuir !......
Suite et fin : Le 19 septembre 2025, remboursement de deux fois 129 euros, Ouf je me posais même des questions sur la réalité de ce remboursement, je ne veux plus jamais entendre parler de SAMSUNG CARE en espérant que ma tablette n’aura pas de problème de fonctionnement durant les 2 ans de garantie constructeur. Dernier conseil, fuyez Samsung Care + .

Not Samsung Care is Samsung Caos

My Samsung is still only waiting for a display replacement. It's as if my phone went back to the factory in Korea. They're not telling me any details, like when it will be ready, when they'll ship it, nothing, and no one from customer service knows anything. It's a joke. I've never liked iPhones, but I think customer service is better than this.

Very poor !!

Very poor !!! I bought a 2300 fold 7 and lost the phone put in to get a replacement I’m being told I’ll be get a refurbished piece of shit after spending 2300 less then a month ago called in got a super poor bad English speaking representative nice but still has not shipped yet this Samsung cheap poor quality I’m going to be sticking with apple superior quality compared to Samsung all the way around and every aspect Samsung a joke compared to apple

Ludicrously poor customer service

I tried to do a simple task - update my bank details for my Samsung Care plus insurance policy. I then spent 1 hour on the phone to being passed back and forth between different Samsung teams, all of whom said it was for a different department to deal with. I went around in circles. It is the most ridiculous customer service failure I have ever experienced and it wasted an hour of my day. Out of complete frustration, I had no choice but to cancel my policy. I was told by the agent who cancelled my policy that this is a common problem customers face.

Samsung Care+, Samsung customer service UK

If I could give Samsung care plus UK 0 stars I would. Their direct debit system is poorly made most of the time when it comes time to paying direct debit from my smartphone plus insurance it declines it due to insufficient funds in my bank account when I always have money in my account and I would have to pay the amount manually due to this. As of 2 months ago my Phone Policy money amount didn’t go through yet again due to their poorly made system and the notice email about it was sent into my spam folder in GMAIL and it eventually got cancelled. And for the past 6 days I have been in contact with the Samsung Care Plus Department and Samsung sales department to try and restart the policy for my phone with both departments bouncing between each other without giving me a solution or an adequate answer. Very unhappy with Samsung care plus and Samsung in general and their customer service. Might start thinking of switching over to Apple as my girlfriend has never faced the problems with Apple that I’m currently facing with Samsung!!!!!

It's the closest thing to snake oil I've ever had to deal with. "It'll heal anything and make you young again!"

One would think getting a protection plan directly from the manufacturer would be the best to go with. Instead I've spent hours, literally hours just trying to reach a live representative. I would even be ok with an AI chat bot helping. I tried! All that happened was error after error. Each time as call got the first ring in, it dropped!

Absolutely horrible. I'm pursuing a full refund and will be filing a dispute with my bank if it isn't processed.

They make it almost impossible to cancel, not open at the weekend its not samsung covering you it is a 3rd party and its bolted on to your purchase as free for x number of months then to cancel you need to complete a registration and then can't cancel on the website
