The lady (Susan Haley) who I spoke to on the phone regarding my failed pump was extremely helpful and friendly as was the engineer/plumber (Carl Proven) who sorted it all out.Thank you both.

I purchased a salamander pump which was installed in my bathroom a year ago. The expensive pump didn't last a year. And stupidly my next plumber (whom confirmed that the pump was faulty but installed correctly) swapped the pump with another Salamander! Asked me to claim warranty, I am doomed!i tried to claim warranty but its all a hoax! There is no warranty on these … they will blame it on your system and you have to provide extensive report on your water system prior installation (so they can blame it on any tiny fail on your water system) and after…
absolutely insane.
Please buy a different pump. Hopefully more reliable and more support.
Or you will end up replacing yours like me. Absolutely horrendous customer service as well. Elusive covered by different websites (like dutypoint).
Do not buy salamander if you a domestic user. Ever.

What a pleasure to deal with Caroline My pump was broken and with no fuss Caroline apologised and dealt with organising a replacement for me and gave me full details of what would happen next, it was an absolute please to deal with Caroline who is clearly passionate about delivering good customer services in a role where not all customers are a pleasure to deal with.

Couldn't be happier with all the help I received from Salamander Pumps. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

I have contacted Salamander a few times over the years and have always received very polite and helpful service. They have gone the extra mile to make sure that the I was satisfied.

Had a problem with a pump not working that was fitted 3 years ago. My plumber asked me to call Salamander after he called them. The extremely helpful staff that I dealt with including, Lee, Harry, Caroline & Susan, Helped me to resolve the issue by informing me that I required a new / different type of pump. Problem resolved they are taking back the old pump & replacing with the new pump & I only pay the difference in cost. They will also make arrangements to collect the old pump. Now that's what I call first class service - Thank you all at Salamander

When my pump developed a problem, the customer support team were very helpful. Following photo's and a video of the problem. My pump was replaced. Very good service.

I have had 3 Salamander CTForce30 pumps over the last 3 years.
When the first one went I tried using my warranty but I got bogged down with technical issues so gave up on that
I then had my plumbing rearranged but the second one failed. I then had an S flange installed and further changes made. The fuses kept blowing then eventually the pump burnt out. I then installed a Stuart Turner Monsoon 2 bar twin and happy days.
Everything OK!

Had an issue with my water pump so called Salamander Customer Service who are based in the UK and straight through to Heather who was very helpful and advised how to proceed.

Sent an email and first thing the following morning I received a response from Lee in Technical Support.

How rare to be able to firstly contact a company directly and then receive instant communication.

Lee called me with a solution, had a lovely chat with some humour thrown in which was so refreshing compared to other companies when even trying to get through to a human person is a mission in itself.

I cannot recommend Salamander and their staff highly enough.

New tanks bought had a MAJOR Flooding event occur due to multiple aspects of unit malfunctioning. This damage caused part of our ceiling to collapse.

Salamanders customer service is deplorable. It’s taking More than a week for an engineer to come check the tank.

Absolutely shocking. The quality of their products suffering multiple factory issues. Despite my best hope, I have zero trust in this brand and that has been reflective of their customer service.

We recently invited Richard Bambridge and Gavin Whelan from Salamander Pumps to attend one of our monthly engineer training meetings, and the session was absolutely fantastic.

Before the training even began, Richard and Gavin took the time to speak with us about exactly what we wanted to learn, the products we were most interested in, and the areas our engineers wanted greater understanding of. The session was then completely tailored around our requests, which made it incredibly relevant and engaging for the whole team.

What really stood out was the depth of knowledge they both brought to the session. They got right down to the nuts and bolts of how Salamander products should be installed correctly, common considerations on site, and what performance expectations engineers and customers should realistically expect.

They also brought demonstration equipment with them, which made a huge difference. We were able to see a live installation and demonstration of the Tank Booster system, and witnessing the increase in water pressure first-hand was genuinely impressive. It is an absolutely amazing bit of kit.

Had a fault on a pump that was solved by a very helpful customer service agent susan helped solve the issue extremly well. Salamander are an excellent company will use them again.

I have contacted Salamada several times with my problem with my pump and they have been so helpful and kind. Today I got in contact with Salamada tech department and talked to Angela Siddle.who was fantastic and resolved my problem she told me I had the wrong pump and told me the correct pump for my bungalow. She was so kind and nothing was touch trouble .I did say to her I wish everyone was like you the world would be sp much better. I thank Angela so much and thank Salammada for all staff kindness.

1st pump failed immediately out of the box. The plumber installed a replacement & it's now horrifically noisy. It's in an Airbnb cabin & you can hear it running from 25 meters away (outside) the building.

Edit - Salamander pumps responded quickly & the faulty pump was replaced. Now much quieter.
