Fantastic service. Moved into a new build and we had made quite an error when putting up curtain poles meaning we needed an electrician - I filled in a quick form - was called back straight away to arrange A SAME DAY APPOINTMENT.
All charges explained over the phone - didn’t feel like any hidden costs (because there are none) - but the potential costs dependent on length of work would be explained if needed.
Electrician rang me whilst on his way - was here within a few hours - fixed well within an hour, very friendly, professional and explained how to avoid mistakes like this in future.
Peace of mind restored, quick efficient service and a very reasonable cost given the emergency / immediate attendance.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dayle came from Cambridge to Northants area . Within 2 hours .-charges a little high but making a situation safe on a weekend you have to expect it .

I contacted Marcus yesterday, to get us someone to look at our drains. We are in the process of having a new bathroom, Marcus rang us back and said he could get someone in that day. About an hour later two people showed up were very polite and professional. The job was completed in about an hour and we were very happy with the work done. We would definitely use 24/7 again.

Never had to use an emergency service before,the procedure was easy to use and understand ,the response was within a four hour window ,my plumber arrived in two hours very efficient and tidy

This company was very good, professional thorough and clear with costs.
I had a non flushing toilet on a Saturday and I rang Emergency Hero randomly from a list of many emergency plumbers and not having the time to ring around for quotes.
Gulum arrived 90 minutes later, he had all the parts needed with him & fixed the problem within an hour. He was pleasant, friendly and very knowledgable and explained what he needed to do in detail and the cost before commencing. I was impressed and can recommend this company.

Just the facts. My daughter who is relatively new to the home owning business called emergency hero when she discovered she had no heating or hot water. The engineer turned up a couple of hours after the initial call. Unfortunately she paid £180 for someone to turn up and then another £180 for him to tell her her boiler was broken and couldn't be fixed without hundreds of pounds worth of parts and labour. Now I don't confess to know a great deal about fixing boilers but £360 to confirm a broken boiler and then not be able to fix it without even more cost makes me think I am in the wrong business!

Excellent service, I had an to call out an electrician in the evening due to no electricity. I had a speedy response, with great communication. An electrician turned up who was friendly and knowledgeable, found the fault and was able to fix it straight away. Would highly recommend my experience and use Emergency Hero again.

Khuram arrived within an hour and quickly resolved the issue with no mess or extra flooding. The initial cost seems high but it is worth it for the rapid response and knowledge you’re getting a reliable professional.

Called Emergency Hero early evening, they arranged for a plumber call-out in less than 90mins to repair a water pipe I had accidentally drilled through when replacing old floor boards. They quoted for a fixed fee.
Darren the fitter called to say he was on his way, arrived and the job was completed in 25mins after his arrival. Pleasant and professional throughout.

We called emergency heros when our electricity kept tripping downstairs in our house. They sent out an electrician at a charge of £360 to fix the issue. The electrician changed a fuse and a plug socket which didn't work despite us telling him where we thought the issue was. He then said he would come back 2 days later for a cheaper rate not an emergency rate but that he would need a few hours to find the problem. He came back 2 days later and found the issue (he went straight to where we had told him the ssue was), telling us our whole lean too area needed re-wiring. He offered to come and do it the following week so we agreed. He has done an appalling job which he has not finished, he has damaged our property, and cancelled on us countless times. Emergency Heros are taking 0 responsibility for his work, stating that the electrician was sub-contracted by them only. However, all of the electricians invoices clearly state he was working on behalf of emergency heros. All we got from them was the electricians public liability insurance, which we cannot do anything with as the electrician has to make the claim against their own policy (and they would have known this) and an option for them to send out another "vetted" electrician (as a gesture of good will) which we would have to pay for. Were left with no working electrics and dangerous electrics in our property. Were left in a situation where we are over £1000 out of pocket with the only option being a small claims court. Shocking service all round

We rang late on Thursday evening, it was Easter weekend and we had no heating or hot water. Josh was so helpful on the phone, trying to get our boiler working over the phone so we wouldn’t need an Engineer to call out .. he was trying to save us money.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get the boiler working and did need an Engineer to call out.

I would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate calling them if required in the future!

Fully explained the service and costs. Prompt, problem resolved within 3 hours of initial call.

Fully informed at every step. Work completed very quickly on a Bank Holiday Monday. Staff polite and courteous.
