I ordered some of the wider stirrup leathers after taking a liking to the big brand ones. After seeing them myself in a local tack shop I wasn't overly keen on the quality.

I ordered a saddle pad which Saddles Direct were unable to fulfill as there were no more at the suppliers. I was telephoned by an extremely helpful associate who was determined that I should receive an appropriate saddle pad for dressage competitions. She offered me an upgrade at the same price as my original order. Extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and facilitating. I received the saddle pad with a lovely note wishing me well in my dressage competing. Absolutely delighted. Many, many thanks. I shall certainly be ordering from Saddles Direct again and will probably now sell a saddle through them.

I sent my saddle to this company a few months ago to sell on a commission basis. They made the process easy with instructions how to box my saddle and a courier collected it. They informed me when they had received it and when the advert went live. When it sold I was contacted promptly and payment processed. Very happy as I had previously tried to sell it privately but was worried about getting scammed etc. I would recommend saddles direct

I had my saddle checked today by Sarah Parry from "Saddles Direct" and the whole experence was just top notch for both my horse and for myself. Sarah was thorough in her examination of my horses back, shoulder area both from the ground and when ridden.
Her experience was so evident and there were small adjustments that she made that have made a massive difference in both the comfor of my horse when ridden, and on the ground. Sarah spoke about something that I had never been aware of, related to the girth points, the correct ones being the 2nd and 3rd girth straps.
I had been using the 1st and 3rd. Using the 2nd and 3rd freed up the shoulder allowing her to lengthen her stride and to feel much more comfortable. This change was really quite dramatic and this is down to Sarah's expertise, so thankful you Sarah, from me and Cheeky.
