Very helpful,friendly and professional. I was sent 2 saddles. Sadly they weren't suitable. They processed the refund quickly and I'm just waiting for the money to be credited back to me. I purchased really good quality stirrup leather and stirrups at a good price.

I used this company to sell my saddle which was a good experience and I would do so again. Excellent customer service. Good communication at all times. Would recommend.

Keeping in contact with me every step of the way, for example I needed a different size to what I ordered, immediately I get an email to say, they'd amended it. I emailed them on numerous occasions about my order, delivery time etc and they kept me up to date all the time. Even though I received my wide stirrup leathers later than expected asbi said they kept me in the loop, wildheather.

I needed a different saddle gullet bar in a hurry as I had a new horse arriving and wanted to get out and ride him the day after he got here - Saddles Direct were brilliant and the bar arrived within 24 hours of placing the order, thank you! I've got a proper fitting organised with SD's fitter Claire later this week but being able to make the existing saddle fit as well as I could in the interim has meant we've been able to get out riding from day one. Great customer service. Unfortunately on my order there was an issue with the postage which was out of saddle directs hands but they dealt with the matter efficiently and even sent me out another saddle whilst the sorted out the original order. Doing everything at no extra cost, making sure I had the saddle I needed for the saddle fitter who had already been arranged.
