Easy to order and came quickly.

I’m sized in many manufacturers ranges whether it’s ski, climbing other cycling mitts for a large but these were too tight even though they are listed as extra large.
There’s absolutely no give in the wrist opening so I gave up before I ripped the seam. Expensive try out 🥴

I’ve had the same gloves b4. These are updated version, harder to get on but once you are in then very good fit and comfortable. Good padding in the correct place.

Poor quality suit and terrible customer service. Bought the One Time Trial suit. After one wash, the suit came apart at the back. (I followed the care instructions carefully). I am 5' 9 and 70kg so the medium size suit was advised on their sizing.
When I contacted Rule 28 they gave me the address of a 3rd party tailor to send the suit for mending!
I did not agree to this as I would expect a replacement or refund(again, the suit was wore once).
I have been emailing for 4 days now without a response. I am left to wonder what to do with a suit that cost £400 and got one wear out of

Great socks. Stay up. Definately feel very high quality. Expensive but truely feel like they are worth it.

Super fast dispatch and delivery

After just two days of use, these €50 aero socks looked heavily worn. They slipped down during racing, developed discoloration after normal use with sunscreen and showed loose threads at the cuff. The socks are already very difficult to put on due to the low elasticity of the material, yet still failed to stay in place.

Customer support suggested using tape spray or hairspray and attributed the slipping to rider anatomy, but offered no solution regarding the quality issues. A return was refused because the socks had already been worn. However, I find this difficult to understand, as it is impossible to assess issues such as slipping, durability and overall performance without actually using the product.

Unfortunately, not what I would expect from a premium cycling brand.

Added after response: It’s funny to see, that answers via trustpilot are possible within a couple of hours, while via email you have to wait a week and send a reminder via their contact platform.
And no, 15% off of new socks is not a deal for me. Another 40€ is not well invested, when the seams come loose, the socks get yellow and won’t hold on to me legs without adding additional tape. All those things did not happen to all my other things I wore for the last ten years on my bike.

i like the kit, think it is really good, smart as well. However i recently purchased a pair of non UCI overshoes, they are good but are the same size and length as the UCI pair i have?

Twice as good as the other London based brand and half the price, the one thing about Rule 28 is it just works as it should no compromise.

The delivery was reasonably quick and the return process was ok. You have to pay it yourself.
The Gravel Suit fits very well and the fabric feels quite nice. Unfortunately the sizing is a bit off. I tried M and S and the Suit got tighter (good) but not shorter. Im not that small with 1,74m and not that big with 69kg.
Also bought the Aero Socks. The fabric feels very nice and they fit tight but when riding the socks slide down. Not all the way, but its a bit annoying.

So overall quite nice fabrics, very good idea with the water reservoir but unfortunatley doesnt fit that good for me

excellent service, quality of communication with staff, assisted with a return. The quality of the race suite is excellent.

Since writing this, I haven't received an email reply since last Wednesday. I have attempted to give their customer service team plenty of chances to correct this issue but to no avail. I initially emailed service team in order to file a warranty claim for a torn shammy on an older Outliers Skinsuit, that wasn't even a year old, only to merely be given a measly 15% off code from their newer OTNR Skinsuit, which is the exact same, except with new graphics. I originally payed $189 for the Outliers Skinsuit and was now being generously offered to purchase the new one for $279. Not only have I never had a skinsuit's shammy tear in half, but I also have never had a "warranty claim" have me pay more than what I originally payed. Customer service tried to claim that since I got the original suit on sale, that this was why they could only give me 15% off, despite me showing them that others have gotten a 30% off code for simply ordering the wrong item and not being allowed to return it. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any sort of cycling apparel company or sporting company in general. Disrespectfully slow replies, despite on their website claiming they take care of warranty claims in the same day, and even worse discounts. These people do not care about the customer and merely will try to squeeze every dollar they can out of you, even on warranty claims. Would not purchase anything from them expecting any good customer service.

Well made and comfortable to wear. Look pretty neat, not sure about aero characteristics as do not go fast enough to notice 😂

It Is difficult to match your exact size… due to the online shop…
A trial should be perfect. We are speaking about an accesdiry but not a cheap one. This would help to make the best choice.
