WORST experience Ive ever had when purchasing cycling apparel, I have been waiting two months for my order to arrive, I informed the customer service and they refuse to solve the issue. Very disappointed

Order 35287: ordered non-UCI overshoes, received UCI. Told there was a fulfilment issue and none would be available. Refunded, so I bought from another brand.
Orders 36495 and 36514, both delivered 29 July: non-UCI was listed as in stock on your site, so I ordered two pairs. Received UCI again. £237.50.
I raised a return through your portal on 27 August. No confirmation email, no response. Site chat and emails have also gone unanswered. The refund is still outstanding.
This isn't about refunds — the first one was processed fine. It's that a product you'd already told me you couldn't supply was advertised as available, and there's no way to get an answer from anyone. Other reviewers here have raised the same UCI/non-UCI confusion, so it isn't just my orders.
I'd genuinely like to keep buying from you. The product is good, which is why I tried twice. I need a new speed suit and I'm now looking at other brands instead, purely because of the lack of response.
Please confirm receipt of the return and refund the £237.50, and either fix or remove the non-UCI listing.

My first purchase from Rule 28 and won't be my last.

Bought a pair of aero socks - outstanding quality and comfort. Excellent silicone grip prevented socks from slipping down my leg during a three hour ride.

Post purchase service was great too, including tips to take care of my kit. Very impressive.

Good products delivered timely

Easy to use site. Items arrived quickly. I look the 🐕 🥜 at the local 10.

Had an issue initially as some of the stitching frayed after the first wash but within minutes of reporting it rule28 sorted it out and sent me a replacement, can't argue with that for service 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Great fit/tailoring and absolutely no issues with the replacement jersey 🙌🏼 will buy from Rule 28 again 🫡

I placed an Order for express delivery and paid £8 for the delivery for a pair of socks. They wernt dispatched until 3 days later. I have emailed and had no reply. They were required for a race and never arrived on time. Total lack of customer care

Part of the purchase process Rule28 asked if the kit was for a race, and even though my race was a couple of days away they managed to get my socks and gloves to me in time.
My only problem was I thought id ordered non uci... still good job

They came in just before my race! I used them on race day and saved so much time on the bike course! I was mega pleased! Will always recommend Rule 28 for speedy kit! Quality was sturdy and the service was brilliant!

Nice fit, nice ventilation, nice quality, i hope you guys have ones thicker for winter

The One overshoes fit well and do feel like they make me faster however two problems reduce the score to 4 stars: 1. The heels are very susceptible to road damage (all 3 pairs that I have owned have developed holes in this area within two rides) and 2. The socks are too long to be legal. I don’t care as I’m not using these overshoes in UCI events but they clearly would not pass scrutiny.

The aero mitts are very tight fitting to get on and off but once on there very comfortable and would highly recommend

Great bib shorts for half the price!

I bought a pair of grey bib shorts. It feels comfy as training bib shorts; the padding is nice, the rubber material on the inside holds perfectly on the leg, straps do not rub against the shoulders.
My common problem is that L size is usually too loose in my hips and M has too short straps. Rule28 fits well on me.
One minor issue is that bib material rubs strangely against my saddle, but that may be a saddle/bib material combination issue.

I received my order in 1 day, which is insanely quick!

The bib shorts are the most comfortable I’ve tried and I slipped out and there was no damage on the bib shorts at all.

I ordered a Aero Bra after I did some aero testing. I then realised that I no longer needed the product as the skin suit also ordered had a similar design built in already.
I then tried to cancel the order straight away, which before even dispatched, I was told I couldn’t cancel the order. I thought that’s a bit odd. But I understand that they may have a warehouse and have automated picking team and once it’s in the stack to be taken by the delivery company that’s it.

I then received the parcel, no issues at all with the product, wasn’t even tried on, and went to return the item.
The person who I dealt with by email didn’t seem willing to assist me with my return. They didn’t even link the page to the returns or confirm an address.
Working in the bike industry myself and dealing with orders and returns I know what service should be required and needed for customers to be happy with their experience.

I then paid for the return parcel to be delivered to their returns address on the 20th, was delivered on the 22nd and was expecting my refund by the 27th.
It is now the 31st and I have only just received an email saying they have received my parcel after I sent a follow up email regarding my refund ETA.

Still no refund, still no follow email from the person I was in contact with. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing customer service.

Nice fit, look the part coupled with the aero mitts.
The returns setup not so good, it’s the lack of updates once they have received the returned items.
Communication is a bit weird by the chat line, sort of works.

Great and easy Suit to wear and take off. Very comfortable and easy to put in the bladder and take out. I like the top Jersey as the bottom open up completely like a normal jersey. Slip the hands into the sleeves, pull up, zip up and all done. To put in the bladder, extend your stomach out, with your shoulders to the back. Slide in the bladder slowly and run the tube along the guides on the shoulder. Removing also is easy. Same method.

Great product. Zipper is a bit flimsy but it did work as intented. Great quality otherwise

Did buy a rule28 gravelsuit, havent used it in races where I want it for, but some controlled Aero testing with A-B-B-A runs with my normal aero shirt/shorts and then B with the suit.
over a lap of 11,49km the suit preformed 24sec faster over 4 times running this test ad 195 watt ad speed of 33,8km/h and aero shirt around 33,2km/h.
I want to ride it in 2000-4000km ultra races and run around these speed on asfalt and it gives around 10watt savings or more speed :)
only meh is I had to pay import dutys to the Netherlands what did make the suit 120 euro more expensive :(
