Great pricing and easy to use the site. Some fantastic brands. Only criticism is that it took a while to receive it.

Very disappointing experience at the last event. The selection was quite limited, which made it difficult to find anything worthwhile, and the pricing didn’t reflect good value either. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations and could definitely be improved in terms of both variety and pricing.

Great products at great prices, I didn’t expect to find anything for my size as I assumed sample sizes are always smaller, but I was thrilled to find great pieces from a stunning designer for myself. Will definitely use Sample Sale again.

Erfahrung – Bestellung von zwei hochwertigen Raumsprays:
– Defekt: Einer der beiden Sprays kam mit kaputtem Pumpmechanismus an – komplett unbrauchbar.
– Kundenservice: Wochenlanges Hin- und Her, verspätete Rückmeldungen, teils gar keine Antwort. Absurde Forderung nach einem Video zur „Beweisführung“ des Defekts – Video geliefert, keinerlei Reaktion. Erst nach Eskalation an die Teamleitung Bewegung.
– Zusatzkosten: Für EU-Kunden entstehen schnell über 100 € Gesamtbelastung durch Produkt, Versand, Zoll und Steuern (u. a. 15,95 € Versand, 20,55 € FedEx-/Einfuhrgebühren). Kein DDP-Verfahren, keine transparente Vorab-Information über diese Zusatzkosten.
– Erstattung: Trotz defektem Artikel lediglich 20 € „aus Kulanz“. Anteilige Versand- und Gebührenübernahme verweigert, Verantwortung auf „die Marke“ abgeschoben, teils arroganter Tonfall.

Fazit:
Ernst gemeint?! Premium-Preis, Discounter-Service. Defektes Produkt, versteckte Zusatzkosten, schleppende Kommunikation und am Ende eine symbolische Mini-Erstattung. Klare Warnung: Kunden außerhalb des Vereinigten Königreichs sollten hier nicht bestellen – es sei denn, sie akzeptieren Risiko, Frust und Zeitverlust.

Eine schlechte Erfahrung, die man am besten abhakt – und andere davor warnt. Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall.
