Really happy with rug masters product, quick delivery time and easy to contact company
So far I had a very positive experience with rug masters. After reading the bad comments on stock availability, I emailed them before placing an order to confirm if they had in stock the rug I wanted it. I received a response within 5' which is pretty remarkable. I received my order within a couple of days and the rug so far looks lovely. I would recommend rug masters.

Never received my order
Never received my order. When I chased, it was found to have been lost. Items now out of stock and no offer for replacement. I did get a full refund.
Nowadays, customers expect more from their customer experience. You order, it arrives and is what you expected without any faff.
