I had an amazing experience with Ruby Moves. I am a government contract employee so they were assigned to me and I could not be more pleased with the move.

The movers let me know the day before the block of time where they would plan to come - then called me the morning of with the exact time.

When they arrived, they packed everything quickly and very safely. I even had some things that I could not find boxes for and they made boxes right in my apartment for the items.

They were fast and professional. I got an email with a photo of my stuff arriving at the port to confirm it made it to the first destination.

I could not be more happy with the professionalism of the company and especially the team who did the actual move.

Overall I couldn't be happier with my international move. Ruby International team made the process stress-free, efficient, and hassle-free. I highly recommend their door-to-door service to anyone planning an international move.

Rubymoves arranged for my 20 foot container to arrive in Nueva Gorgona, Panama. The container was shipped from my home in Wheeling, WV. There were a couple of schedule changes, probably not due to Rubymoves. I would recommend this company to anyone planning to relocate to Panama.

Horrible. Not recommended. Apparently, Ruby Moves prepared my Fedex labels incorrectly. That has lead to a nightmare with Fedex trying to track down my shipment. What was supposed to be an “overnight” shipment has turned into about two months of weekly calls to Fedex because Ruby Moves screwed it up from the beginning.

I am VERY happy with the services received by this company, they where always very responsive.
Shipped my items from San Diego, California to Spain.
All of my items arrived in VERY good condition.

Everything, door to door exceeded our expectations. We were very stressed about this international move. The move salesperson gave an accurate estimate of the actual cost and explained everything very clearly. Then the virtual survey was helpful. The movers were on time and worked very hard to be efficient and careful.



The shipment arrived, cleared customs, and was delivered to our home. Diana, in the Colombian office went over and above for us. What an enjoyable process in a time of stress. The crew that showed up were professional, gentle and had unbelievable work ethic. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you.

Ruby International organized an international move from Germany back to the US. This was the second time we used their services. It has been a wonderful experience overall. Helen was amazing, responding to all our questions quickly, even while she was on vacation.
The German company they used was outstanding, very professional and courteous. The shipment arrived after 6 weeks and not a single item was damaged or lost.
I give Ruby International a 5+ rating. We totally relied on their expertise and were not disappointed.

I was in charge of the moving of my best friend who had an emergency and had to go back to France and I was able to move his entire house door to door in 45 days.
I've contacted at least 6 international companies to get some quotes, received only 4, and the only company that came directly into the house to check everything was Ruby International.
I've got the quote in the next few days and no hiding fees. Everything was straightforward and very accurate. The price was right for the service and everything went seamless and really fast.
Most of the international moving companies told an average of almost 3 months to get the shipment, Ruby was really fast. I highly recommend Ruby International if you don't want to stress about your moving and have peace of mind.

Our move from Denver to the Netherlands went exactly as planned, and our things arrived much faster than expected. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. I can recommend Ruby International.

It was a disaster working with Ayal. They shipped my items from USA to Turkey. It was spouse to be door to door. They are a broker company so they used FedEx to send my items, and FedEx could not clear my items in Turkey border custom. So I searched for moths looking for a local broker in Turkey, eventually I found one and he charged me $500 to get half of my stuff and the other half was lost by FedEx as they claim. Please Ayal don't take shipments which you don't know how to process and miss with peoples lives.

I had a very good experience with this company. Helen was quick in responding to my curious nature of asking questions and was very professional in her approach. She organized this transatlantic move on a very high level. The staff in Latvia were very punctual, did everything they could to have an easy customs clearance of my two vehicles and household goods. Strongly recommend using Ruby International !

HELEN was professional and helpful from the very first email to the last email. Her response time is very quick, usually within the hour. She is so very knowledgeable about the entire process from start to finish. The forms to fill out have guided instructions so you can’t make a mistake. The moving crews in both the US and Italy were amazing! Also the agent in Italy was easy to work with. The entire international move was so positive for us and we will be forever grateful for the expertise of Ruby Moves.

THIS IS OUR LEVEL OF SERVICE !!!

Do not use this moving company “Ruby International” operated by Helen Shany and Ayal Shany. They “lost” the majority of our shipment from the US to Ireland, after charging us 6000+ USD for it, and what they delivered was badly damaged. Their packers were inexperienced and ill equipped to pack for an international move.

They also took almost a year for a shipment they said would usually take 1 month but quoted 2 months on account of the pandemic. The customer service agent Helen is a gaslighter. She will say anything to avoid the company taking responsibility. For instance, she claimed they crated my shipment when they “packed” it but they only wrapped individual furniture in black plastic without any other protective packing, and the few pieces they delivered were still in that black plastic (except torn.) She also said their movers (arrived 2 hours late) were delayed because they were pulled over by police — but the movers (two very inexperienced teens with a slightly older “supervisor” who is their cousin/friend) arrived and said that wasn’t true. They just couldn’t get a crew together and so were delayed.

Heartbreaking and devastating experience for our family.

I subsequently looked under the two owners’ names and found that they have changed company names many times with many complaints lodged against their other companies in New Jersey and in Colorado, including a warning from the FMA not to do business with one of their company names.
