I emailed RedRock about payment of my service charge and did not actually expect a response. Stacy Head in Accounts Department responded to confirm receipt of my message, assuring me also that she would include a note on the payment in my account. Her response was prompt and the tone vary warm. This is much appreciated.

Also a nice guy when meeting up with him at my block, he’s got a big job to turn it round but seemed a decent, honest, reliable guy and someone you can work with to get some results.

Red Rock admin team were great tbh, because they were really helpful, kind, professional and curtiuous (even though I was late with Service Charges! Thank you B.B.)

They helped me quickly to make the payment, understood the problems I was having with email, and suggested a better alternative, explained the process I needed to follow, and now those matters are all resolved. Which is a weight lifted off my bank account (aha) and shoulders!

Renting made easy! I am a freelancer, so renting can be tricky at times. Charlie from Red Rock took all the hassle out of the process, responding to queries in a timely manner and supporting me through the process from start to finish.
