While we have not had much direct contact with the FTJ team, we know that they are doing an incredible job sorting out the mess of our last property management company and are always in contact with the directors of our RTM

We have worked with FTJ for many years and they are a very reliable company to work with. They are always responsive and understand exactly what we need to ensure a smooth process when it comes to arranging insurance on behalf of our mutual clients. They are pleasure to deal with!

We were owed money for work carried out under a previous management company. FTJ took over the management of the estate after the jobs were done, but still unpaid. They followed due diligence in ensuring that the work was carried out to a good standard and promptly paid us with now fuss. Throughout the process they were fair and professional, while taking their client's best interest at heart.

The team at FTJ have been excellent. Great communication from the team, they deal with matters promptly, efficiently and professionally.

We have recently appointed FTJ as our new Managing Agents and they are such a breath of fresh air. They are very professional and efficient, are easily contactable and also really friendly. Our previous Managing Agents kept us completely in the dark on what was going on in our Development but FTJ keeps us involved in all the day-to-day activities so we are very much aware of any issues Owners are experiencing.

They have also been able to significantly reduce the amount of Service Charge we pay, but are providing us with a First Class Service.

I have total confidence and trust in Chris Fitch and Naz Moursel at FTJ and would thoroughly recommend them.

I approached FTJ after my neighbours and I won the right to manage the property that we have leasehold properties within.
From the very start, Lynne was clear and honest with what FTJ offer. Having spoken with a shortlist of 3 different managing agents, FTJ stood out for not only me but my neighbours that joined the meetings.

We had done works at a building prior to Fitch Taylor Johnson taking over the property. Having been ignored by the previous managing agents and being told the building had no funds ( by the previous managing agents) Having been passed over to Chris Fitch and Sarah Adams they both swiftly assisted us and got our invoice paid. As a contractor we greatly appreciate the swift turn around and are grateful to them both for helping us on an issue we could not resolve with the previous managing agent for over 2 months.

Here at MP landscapes we have been working with FTJ as a garden maintenance contractor on some of their residential estates for the last few years. It's such a pleasure to work with a team that cares about the residents and the maintenance of the buildings. Its been a pleasure working with Leonie and Chris. The management team at Knole road bexhill undertook damp proof work outside and inside my flat, including redecoration. The whole process was extremely well managed with regular communication and a timetable that was flexible for my needs. The trades people were very nice, tidy and a pleasure to have in my home. That really did a fantastic job.

From our first exchanges with FTJ everything indicated a company aiming to provide a higher quality of service. There was an obvious attention to detail in their response to our tender document and evident staff expertise and knowledge to back it up.
We are already benefiting from more pro-active management and a can-do attitude. Things just seem to get done as one would hope and expect without having to constantly chase.
It is still early days but we are very happy with our decision to appoint FTJ as our Managing Agent.
