I placed an order with room to grow and after a while of not hearing much I did start to panic. I wrote an email with a prompt reply of unfortunate delay but after the 12 week mark I did suspect something may be wrong here and reading these reviews I did panic, I did ask either for furniture to be delivered or a full refund. Never the less the items did finally arrive! I think they should probably change the 6-10 week period on the website as ours was delivered at 14weeks but it did arrive! It did have an almost new cut wood/freshly painted smell so I do believe there was a backup on orders. We ordered the cabin bed and it’s lovely! Definitely worth the wait!

No bed- no refund. Ordered a beautiful looking bed for our little boys bedroom. Unfortunately 17 week on we have not received the bedz we were told the bed was not in stock but would arrive soon. Having given up on the bed ever coming into stock, for the last two weeks have been requesting a refund but to no avail. They have simply stopped answering any emails to their support address and have never answered the phone when we’ve tried to actually speak to someone. The customer support has been awful and we just want a refund so we can order the same bed which is now available through another company and could be shipped immediately. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We just want our money back as per the terms of the contract

We cancelled our order with Room to Grow on 12th July and unfortunately we are still waiting for our refund.

We decided to cancel as in the end we wanted to find a bed that could be with us earlier.

Really disappointing to be waiting this long, especially considering the amount of money we are due back.

Be very cautious if choosing to order from Room to Grow, previous comments do not provide much confidence in this company. I can’t comment on their delivery record but seems like a lot of people are having to request their money back through their credit card company, something we will have to try to do as well.

I ordered a bed frame, mattress and fitted sheets from them. The listing for the bed frame said 2-3 weeks delivery. 3 weeks later, I was contacted by their delivery partner, Jade Home. They booked a delivery and then did not show up without even telling me. I followed up multiple times with both Room to Grow and Jade Home - neither answer their phone and it takes them days to respond to emails. One week later, Jade Home finally booked another delivery slot with me, and then a few hours later, cancelled it! After further emails and attempts to contact them, Jade Home booked a delivery slot for the 3rd time and managed to deliver the bed frame this time. However, I am still waiting for the mattress and the fitted sheets and Room to Grow has not responded to my emails in the past 5 days! My son is arriving next week, and he won't have a bed to sleep on! Do not order from them, they completely unprofessional and simply cause stress and inconvenience!

Ordered a bed on april 30th. States that the delivery time was 6-10 weeks. After 10 weeks , I contacted RTG has there had been no update . I was informed that they didn’t have a delivery date and there was a warehouse issue. I cancelled the order a week after this as I hadn’t heard any update. No refund given 3 weeks after cancelling so claiming back via credit card dispute.

I would never use this company again. Told 4-6 weeks so we ordered, no goods arrived. I contacted room to grow who advised another 4 weeks and still no bed. I requested to cancel and refund, 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. No one answers there phone and email replies takes days. I'll be making a chargeback if no reply today.

If I could give no stars I would.
I ordered a bed on 26th March. Told 10-12 weeks for delivery. After 12 weeks I contacted them to ask where my bed is told. Told it would be another 5-6 weeks.
Cancelled my order on 12th July and still waiting on refund.
Have emailed them but they keep fobbing me off.
DO NIT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is terrible. I wished I have read all your comment before I ordered from RoomToGo. If I have, i will definitely NOT making any order. Like everyone here, I ordered a bed and a mattress (on 17-April 2024). Never heard of any updates on the delivery and I have cancelled the order on 19-June 2024.
Like many of you, I receive NO refund up till this moment (today is 2-Aug 2024)... I sent them email to ask every 2 weeks and all I could hear is "sorry", "someone is looking into it"...etc.... OMG! can anyone tell what I could do to get back my money?
Shall I call the police or what? (crying..... cry for many times already... help!!!)

Still waiting after nearly 4 weeks for an item which is 3 to 5 days delivery. Never answer their phone and responded once to an email saying they'd look in to it with Royal Mail. Asked for a refund.

I have ordered the high sleeper bed and the mattress in February. My order never came so I had to cancel it 4 months later. The company also didn’t issue money refund so I had to open the dispute with my bank to get my money back. Shocking customer service!

Ordered a bed in June with a 10-20 day lead time. We are now in mid July and customer services take days to respond and continue to provide vague non committal answers; delays in warehouse, with planning team, waiting for delivery in my area etc etc. They completely ignore my demands to provide a time frame or date.

We have ordered from R2G in 2021 with no issues. although now is seem RTG Retail Ltd has become TCFC Retail Ltd.

They clearly have issues fulfilling orders but continue to take them regardless.

*** Update - 16/07/24 ***

I have now been contacted by a delivery company that my delivery from Stompa is being delivered tomorrow. Customer services have been very poor through the whole process. It seems the delay is because the bed is ordered from direct from Stompia[.]com and rather than keeping the customer informed with what's actually happening they are pretending to be a large company with a warehouse and planning team.. etc etc

It's your call, personally I will never order from Room2Grow or the The Little Children's Furniture Company ever again, they are run by the same directors. You may be better off going direct and paying a little more.

** Update 16/07 **
Just had an email from R2G customer services that my delivery is being cancelled now as I raised a dispute with my credit card company and an automatic refund is being applied.. Would I like to create a new order.....

Never purchase from this company, I places an order from them in early April, after waiting until June and hearing no update on my order I cancelled it, now mid-July and I still have not received a refund. This purchase was for over £1300!

I wish I had read the reviews. No delivery after 8 weeks. When asked, they just say that they have a backlog in their Warehouse.

The order has now been cancelled at my request, but I am very concerned that the £458 refund will never be made based on other reviews.

Never received my item and was told over and over again that it would be with me ‘soon’. Two of three payments taken from my account, one refunded after raising an issue with Klarna. One is outstanding with no visibility as to when I may receive my refund. Avoid at all costs. Feels like a scam

I would put negative stars if I could. Avoid at ALL costs. It seems that the money is taken and you never hear again. 2 months later, am waiting for someone to pick up the phone, which only goes to voicemail telling you to write an email. Clearly there is a problem at their end. There is no bed, no refund and no one to speak to. Crooks. At least be honest with your customers.

Do not use. Do not deliver on orders. Do not give any straight answers on emails or do not respond. Cannot get anyone to answer phone calls. Shambles and must be on way to liquidation.

Refrain from buying from Room to grow. They failed to deliver the bed I bought and they are refusing to refund me the money. I have send several emails and get the reply like "finance team is looking into it", but nothing happens. I have requested the contact details of the finance team and had no reply. I bought the £698.95 GBP in March!!!
I think this company is fraudulent.

Ordered a Bed for my daughter, Had to cancel the order as I wanted to change my original order and the payment link would work, Been waiting nearly a Month for a refund, responding to emails but nothing as yet!!

Ordered a bed from them with 8 to 10 weeks delivery. Canceled the order after 4 weeks. They promised a refund, then stopped responding to emails and no refund received yet.
