The communication with the company and delivery team was amazing! The bed was delivered so quick! The quality of the bed is so sturdy and great! Can’t fault this product and service received

Delivery was right on time and the guys were helpful. The bed, once built, looks good. I’d say the only thing that let it down was that the instructions / order of installation could have been clearer in one or two places, which made the process slightly more time consuming than necessary. Overall pretty pleased though.

I cannot fault this company. They were excellent from beginning to end. They tried to accommodate all my needs and the bunk bed was installed within an hour and the whole experience was seamless. Id definitely recommend using them.

Ordered a Stompa mid sleeper for my grandson with a delivery charge of £19.99, all confirmed in usual manner by email as you expect with online shopping.

Received email from the business a couple of hours later pointing out that I obviously had not read the delivery information and that an additional £30.00 is required for delivery (as Stompa use own delivery service) so I was supposed to have called them to place order which I would not have done with an online sale. Rather ironic considering name of business!

Asked for cancellation and was told fine but refund will be within 14 days!! Order should never have been processed in first place if delivery charge was incorrect. Business also has option to reverse the charge on the day but apparently only one person works on accounts on a Monday.

Not sure this business website and systems is set up properly for online sales, and reliance on one human to do a task can lead to a single point of failure - hope she is in on Monday!! Oh wait, next excuse will be off for Easter Monday so have to wait even longer, let’s hope not!

The postcodes with these surcharges should flag up on system when entered and then customer has choice to proceed by telephone or move onto a business designed for online sales! By the way Stompa charge £35 for delivery not £49.99 and hopefully do not send snippy emails telling customers they should have called.

We bought a mid sleeper and the price was great for the product and delivery was fast. Once the bed was assembled there were some cosmetic faults that were visible which was disappointing but we were not prepared to dismantle the bed due to them. I contacted customer service who were fantastic. The pointed out that once assembled it cannot be returned as all items should be checked prior to being built and any faults reported which is in the terms and conditions however they did forward my comment into the manufacturer and they were vey efficient with communication. Although we may be hesitant to purchase more items I absolutely cannot fault kids beds online and their customer service. They were fantastic.

Chose kidsbedsonline based on their trust pilot rating and they didn’t disappoint! We bought the Thuka Hit 9 high sleeper and it was delivered and assembled about 2 days later! The delivery and assembly guys were lovely and had the job done in about an hour. The mattress arrived very quickly too and the bed feels very sturdy and great quality. Thank you 😊

We ordered via the Tesco market place it was great customer service and they kept us updated at all times,we ordered the delivery and paid extra for them to put it together this was a fantastic service and the men were very polite and cleaned up when finished,

The website was very easy to use found the right bed for my son very easily, the whole transaction was smooth

Really quick delivery, ordered Sunday evening and everything arrive Tuesday.
Great communication and brilliant quality furniture

Cabin Bed arrived and an assembled. 3 days later my son knocked his bottle over during the night. I checked on him at ten and cleared water up at 7. During this time the water had penetrated the surface and gone through to the mdf underneath. Desk top now bubbled and unusable. Contacted supplier and they refused to replace desk top I had left standing water on it. Other than set my alarm to wake overnight to check that his bottle hadn’t spilt ( who does that) I don’t know what I could have done.
I feel this is unreasonable as this is brand new. This company is called KIDS BEDS but clearly this bed is not suitable for a kid.
I now have to cover all surfaces with plastic so this does not damage anymore or stop my child from having a drink of water during the night.
Am I being unreasonable?
Don’t manufacture kids furniture out of material that will not withstand spillages. Especially items that are to be used as bedside tables.

Really fast delivery and good communication along the way

Very happy with our shorty bunk beds. Grandchildren sleeping well in them. Great service, straightforward to construct but much easier with 2 people! Great price on this site and good communication when the model we wanted wasn’t available, and regarding arranging delivery. Worth knowing that the delivery service only deliver to the ground floor - one of the boxes was very heavy, so again you need 2 people.

We originally saw the bunk beds on a different site, but delivery was much too long. We then found the exact same bed at 'kidsbedsonline' with a much shorter delivery time and at a better price.
We ordered, got the delivery date we wanted and the delivery was prompt with the guys asking if we wanted them to remove shoes or wear covers over them.

Bought a bed for our 2 year old girl to move into from her cot. Very satisfied with the quality and speedy delivery from the company and would 100% recommend. Only issue was the side barrier as I assumed it would be fixed at the end but wasn’t. We added a screw so for us the problem is now solved.

Great experience, delivery was quick. Only downside was I had a little damaged pieces but luckily it was on the back side of assembly and won’t be seen, also it would of been courier handling as I know they like to chuck parcels about. Other than that all good and happy with purchase.

Really great at responding to emails before purchasing. Excellent bed, chose the fit option and the guy was quick and tidy. Only issue was bed took a little longer to arrive than quoted and I had to chase to get my delivery date in. All in all considering I hadn’t heard of them was a little apprehensive but no need. Always a bit dubious about ordering from a company I haven’t heard of before. However, I was very impressed with kids beds online.

The bed we wanted (Billie Midsleeper) was so much cheaper than anywhere else online. Ordered on the Saturday evening, Monday morning had a message to say it was with the courier, by Monday afternoon we had a 3 hour timeslot for delivery on the Thursday. On the day of delivery we were kept informed of delivery times and the driver turned up spot on time. Put the bed together yesterday and we are very pleased with it.

I researched and researched to find a bed that fitted our space, wasn't too high, could have the ladder on the left, and had a decent sized desk.

Once I found the perfect bed, next I researched the company to buy it from and I'm glad I chose these guys.

They were responsive to questions, and checked in advance if I'd like the mattress delivered beforehand or wait until the bed was delivered.

It didn't matter in the end as the bed was super-quick. I think i ordered on Sunday, and everything was with us by Friday!
