They delivered my mattress in a timely manner. The mattress was well packed and in good condition. The website was easy to use. Very happy with customer service when I had any questions.

We were contacted at the start & given options for delivery day.
Box slightly damaged in transit but reported & they were happy for us to open to check for internal damage & none was found.
Bed went together well & looks lovely our son is very happy.

Absolutely fantastic service from the guys at Room to Grow . The studio bed is beautiful and very sturdy, the installation was quick ( about an hour) and super professional in a restricted space .
Delivery was also a week earlier than expected which was great for us .

I recently purchased a bed with a trundle from Room to Grow, and the entire experience has been deeply disappointing due to misleading product descriptions and dismissive customer service.

Incorrect Colour: The bed shown on their website was an ivory white (called Cashmere), but what arrived was light grey. When I pointed this out, customer service simply brushed it off, saying that's just the colour it comes in. Because we were in an urgent hurry, we were forced to keep it.

Incorrect Sizing & Unusable Trundle: After assembling the bed, we found that the trundle does NOT fit a 190 x 90 cm mattress, despite Room to Grow specifically listing that exact size on their website. The trundle is currently useless unless we pay for custom carpentry to alter the frame or buy an new impractically small mattress.

Unhelpful Resolution: When I brought the sizing issue to their attention, they admitted the mistake and updated the website specifications, but offered zero practical solution for the bed already in my home. Their idea of compensation was a insultingly low 5% refund, which doesn't even begin to cover the cost of fixing their error or the inconvenience caused.

Room to Grow gets 1 star across the board: misleading product marketing, poor product quality, and dreadful customer service. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Just bought a bunk bed from Room to Grow following a suggestion from my wife our oldest might be getting to big. Being someone who doesn't believe in "just having to get by" if it's needed, it's needed and the offers these guys had far surpassed most other lender.

The reason for the 4 star is that the instructions are not marked / numbered, it took us a good half an hour to line everything up and if it wasn't for the images on the instructions being good, ie holes etc, we'd have been stuck! This as well as the foreign delivery driver demanding we take the delivery, photograph it for him and go without not checking to see if there was any damage, which there was sadly one of the frames was split but made do! Oh and he was on his phone whilst driving, ouch 🤕.

Would give 10 stars if possible. Very happy with purchase. Strong sturdy bed, very quick delivery and assembly. The guy who built it was excellent and efficient.

We ordered the Heritage Ottoman Small Double Bed. Delivery was within the estimated time frame and good communication on the day. Build was relatively easy but screws and bolts could do with being separated in advance and labelled as opposed to all being in one bag. Our son is delighted with his new bed and it looks good.

Definitely did what it said on the tin so to speak. Good communication between order and delivery. Delivery service gave good communication and delivery was in the time frame quoted. The product was excellent and as advertised. Relatively simple to assemble. Definitely needed two people to assemble the high sleeper loft bed we ordered. Only negative comment I would make is that the company said 3 hours to assemble but in was more like 10. Happy overall with the product and service and would recommend the company.

Ordered a Stompa single bed in white, which was much cheaper than on John Lewis. Bed arrived in 3 days. Good communication from delivery company. Good solid bed and easy to put together in a very small room. My daughter was very pleased with it.

Ordered a high sleeper bed with desk and futon.
Easy to order. I received an email to say that someone would contact me within 5 days to arrange delivery and assembly. I had a call on day 5 and they arranged to deliver and assemble the bed two days later. The bed took one hour to assemble, and the men were very lovely. They took all the rubbish away with them and the bed looks lovely. Can’t fault the service. My only slight issue was that, the bed was slightly overpriced compared to other company’s. But other company’s didn’t offer the assembly service. So overall we are very happy.

Very easy website to navigate and get to the product you need. Was slightly cheaper than elsewhere and various specifications of the bed we wanted for my daughter were available. Delivery was arranged quickly and smoothly after the order had been processed and the we received the bed just a week after we ordered it. Product was of high quality as expected.

Hadn't checked the trust pilot before ordering and would have likely put me off, however I ordered a matress and all went fine, admittedly it was originally due on the Wednesday but was rescheduled to the friday but not the end of the world! Good product, thanks!

I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews post-purchase, but my experience was actually seamless. I ordered a bunk bed with two mattresses and received an instant confirmation.
The communication was excellent: the manufacturer messaged me the very next day to book a delivery slot. They offered a window 15 days out between 10:00–12:00, and the driver arrived right at 10:00 sharp. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no missing parts or damage. The quality is exactly as described, and most importantly, the kids absolutely love their new beds. Definitely a 5-star experience for us!

I was a little worried before ordering anything from this website because of trustpilot point but i wanted take the risk because of price and product. I bought a mattress for my new born. The shipment was very quick and well packed.

Bought a Stompa mattress for my kid, which is great. Perfect little first mattress for her first "big bed".

Order process was straight forward, however after not receiving any shipping notification 5 days after placing an order, I reached out via email. Had a response back to say it'll be sent the next day, which it was and was shipped over night. A shame I had to chase, and given how quick shipping was done very much felt like it was done because I chased. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
