This company are scammers. Our flat pack was missing a crucial part, so we emailed this company for support and they have just completely ignored us.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had a good experience. Initially the wrong item was sent, but it was an easy mistake as the product code was of what was sent was only a couple digits different. Aftersales support were very helpful and quickly arranged for the incorrect product to be collected and the new product to be delivered.

I want to be fair with them.
I have placed many orders and everything was ok.
Suddenly, they didn't deliver the item and they never refunded me.
First, they apologised for the inconvenience and a refund was issued.
It has passed 1 year now.
No refund and they stop replying to my messages.
The odd is that my account on their site shows that the item is still pending.
I try to get my money back through my bank but nothing happens.
150£ wasted!!!

My Wife ordered Garden Furniture from this lot, it never arrived, blamed Tufnells collapse for the NON Delivery then we waited 14 days for the refund, never happened, raised a ticket with E Bay and it Was dropped due to them not Talking to E Bay. over £700 out of pocket.

This company is a scam. Any good reviews must be made by the people behind the scam. I ordered 3 weeks ago and have been trying to contact this company in every way possible to see when the chairs I ordered will be delivered but I get no response. The telephone number does not work neither does there live chat and they don't respond to any emails. There is no reviews on their website because when you write a review it doesn't seem to put it up. These reviews I only found by chance because I was trying to search all options of how I could contact. I saw the reviews to late and I e also been scammed.

Goods delivered on time and well packaged. Chairs were straightforward to put together and of good quality.

Great Service - ordered a quality hand knotted wool rug at a bargain price. Quick delivery, quality rug and friendly delivery person.

Desk arrived damaged. Took over a week to collect and have been waiting or a refund for close to two months now

Do not deal with this company!
I ordered a console table, I was really pleased with it so ordered a 2nd console table. This arrived with one of the drawers damaged. I contacted Right Deal immediately & was told this had been inspected before I received & was not damaged, they then asked how I thought the damage had occurred. As the box had not been tampered with, I found it hard to believe Right Deals had unpacked & checked it, however I then had to presume it was damaged in transit, supplier said this could not have happened as the box was not damaged….how do they know the box wasn’t damaged. I had kept the box ready for returns & it’s damaged in a few places. They have refused a replacement or refund so I will now have to dispose of as well as loosing my money.
Never will I order from this company again & I hope people read the reviews before ordering as I didn’t!

It's arrived a week late, in between delivery there's no communication

Paid money up front for a TV unit. Constantly told it was on the way. Waited just under two months before cancelling order. Great difficulty getting money back - had to use a third party. Don't use this company. Pay that little extra and get service from a reputable firm. I found one in Truro, Cornwall. TV unit was delivered in just 3 days. Excellent quality and service.

I reported a damaged product I received to this company via email on 15 August. I have since emailed them a further five times (so six emails in total) and have not received a single reply! Beyond disappointed with this company’s poor level of customer service and I am now in the process of taking legal advice on how to proceed.

Ordering and delivery where great as they previously have been when ive used Right Deals. I found their prices to be cheaper than other sites. Delivery was made a few days after ordering. (3 to be precise). Cant fault them

I emailed the company after writing this review and then my order was processed and delivered with no problems. A good outcome but needed intervention from me to allay my fears after reading other reviews. I think that this company needs to rethink their communication strategy but on the other hand I did receive what I had paid for in a reasonable time and in good condition. I'm undecided if I would use them again simply because of their poor media perception. A little unfair perhaps but it was a high priced item.

I am finding it very difficult to make contact with you. I placed an order at the weekend and it still says processing, whereas your website says delivery will be within 2 days. I have had confirmation that the invoice has been processed and now this lack of contact, coupled with the poor reviews on here makes me wonder if you are actually a reputable company. Your published telephone number does not work.

Really BAD. I never had a order confirmation but they got the money from my bank. I was trying to contact them but I never could and when I asked my bank to cancel this payment the next day they send me the purchase much later than they talked and without contact me.
They deliver in a different part of the building that I haven’t access and I never signed and of course I didn’t want it on that date.
And now they want I arrange the back it and pay for that and as I said before I don’t have access to the paquetes and any transport facilities.
Looks like it’s their maners of work.
THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY
