We recently moved into our new house and had a positive experience with Romans, particularly with our property manager Kimberley Garcia.
She is providing an excellent customer service, always being polite and promptly actioning any repairs that needs to be done.
We feel very well looked after!

No matter how many times I phone, I just get sent a form and no matter how many times I fill out the forms I cannot get to view any Romans properties.

Not to mention the information the form demands is ridiculous just for a viewing. Full Experian report!!

Have been using Romans for over 17 years and have in general found them easy to work, and most importantly they have always have tenants ready to move in when the previous tenant leaves. For me the star at Romans is Kimberley Garcia Jones, who is always quick to reply to emails and sorts out issues quickly.

I have been renting my home with Romans for several years now and Kimberley has done a wonderful job of looking after my property and keeping me informed throughout these years. She has been dynamic, proactive, and efficient in everything she has done.
I highly recommend her.

Mike and his team were excellent throughout the sales process, in organising photos, viewings and offers. James, as moving manager, was always on the ball, answering questions and assisting our purchaser by chasing solicitors. We can thoroughly recommend Romans in Reading.

Nathan was fantastic. Helpful, responsive, clear and organised. Overall a good experience with Romans.

I have been renting my property with Romans Reading since 2012 and through out this time I have always found the team to be well organised and effective as well as reliable and professional . They have always provided an excellent service and been quick to respond to any quires.

My post-moving experience so far with Romans has been excellent. Kimberley has been extremely helpful with any issues I have raised, as well as responding quickly and in a friendly demeanour. It has meant I have able to settle into my new rental with as little stress as possible.

Romance has always provided me with a very professional service since I commissioned them to manage/rent my property in Reading.
They are trust worthy and I strongly recommend them for those who are investing in the UK and are looking for a company that takes good care of their assets while living remotely.

I have been renting a house from Romans for a little over a year. My family and I are very thankful for the accommodations that Romans made for us at the start of the rental but their customer service has been so great, so proficient. We deal mostly with Kimberley Garcia Jones and she is nothing short of amazing, every issue is dealt with, every concern is taken into account. They seem to understand that our life is in these home, our children are in these homes and they care about our family being comfortable and happy in our home. We don't plan to move anytime soon because we love our home and we are very comfortable with the care and attention we receive from Romans.

I am happy with the Branch and especially Luke M so far, however the ID checks are incredibly time consuming, intrusive and frustrating.
I should have been advised all this would be necessary before marketing my property.
I have used a number of Estate Agents for both sales and lettings over the past year and none has asked me to spend all this time and effort on ID checks. Expecting clients to spent this amount of time doing Romans and Lifetime Legals work for them is unacceptable on so many levels, not least the fact that I don’t know who I am giving my private information to. I have been given no assurance that this process is totally secure and that my identity is safe.
Even now after a week, my property is still not being marketed while I wait for the ID checks to be completed.
I am very frustrated and sadly I could not recommend Romans to my friends and colleagues as they would not thank me for putting them through this process too.

Always so please with the communication and action of Kimberley Garcia-Jones. For years now she’s helped me make sure my flat meets the needs and expectations of my tenants, despite living abroad. This is more of a review of her, and her consistently excellent work! 😁

My experiences of dealing with Romans through Kimberely Garcia Jones have always been very good and I am happy with the service I have received since she has been looking after my rental property.

Have received clear and helpful advice and been kept in the loop throughout the process to date.

I have rented from Romans for around 4 years now, and so far everything has been great!
I am blessed to have an amazing property manager (Kimberley Garcia Jones​) who sorts out ANY problems or issues really quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m safe and have everything I need. Due to being an electric wheelchair and ventilator user I can sometimes need a bit more support than the average renter and Kimberley ALWAYS reply’s to calls and emails straight away and gets right into problem solving!

You achieved the best possible price for us. Mike, the sales manager was confident that the property would achieve the valuation that he made. In fact it exceeded the asking price by several thousand pounds. Mike always had a very positive and professional attitude and the whole team were always willing to help when I telephoned, emailed or popped into the Reading Branch.
