The letting consultant Sang and letting move manager Abigail provided a lot of useful helps and question-answers, which make the whole letting experience is very good and comfortable. Romans is recommended and believable.

I was pleasantly surprised with the helpfulness of your Mr. Sangharsha Gurung, Senior Lettings Consultant, when I collected the keys to my rented property in Green Park Village. Sang had been forthcoming not only to the matters related to my rented property, but had also had the things done like the hard-copy documents, etc which might not be his responsibilities, to say nothing of advising me about the know-how to a total stranger in UK like me.
I have to say that Sang's services is impeccable and hope that my compliment to him will be duly conveyed to him and his superiors.

Alexander smith is my agent I deal with at the moment. He has always been helpful respectful and polite. He responds to my requests/emails/phone calls very fast and has always found a way to help.

I have used Romans Landlord service for almost 7 years. Kimberley Garcia Jones - Property manager for managing our property is simply awesome. She is always prompt responding the query and she make sure the landlord is always well informed about any issues that tenant are facing follow it up to till the end to resolve the issue. Kim is a great asset for Romans.
I would n't happy to use Romans services for my future needs.

It is an absolute pleasure dealing with Kimberley Garcia Jones who manages our block of fats in Reading. She is attentive, proactive and a pleasure to deal with, we will be keen to use Romans for our next development due to good level of service provided.

Significantly dissatisfied with my experience with Romans in Reading. I have been letting my two properties through them for 5-6 years and recently realised that their customer service has dropped dramatically. To get anything done I had to keep following up 5-6 times. Also have been misguided a couple of times in tenant matter. I will certainly not recommend Romans for the monthly fee they charge for no service at all.
