Quick, smooth and easy process to rent a property.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Anais Payne as my house agent during the process of renting a property. Overall, my experience with Anais was positive.
Anais demonstrated good communication skills throughout the transaction. She was responsive to my inquiries and kept me informed about the progress of the rent. She promptly addressed my concerns and provided clear explanations when needed. Her knowledge of the real estate market and local regulations was evident, and she provided valuable insights and guidance during the process.

From the time we first viewed our rental property until we moved in, we were kept informed of progress. Ayse and Yavis at the Caversham branch worked tirelessly to a tight deadline to get us in on time. Megan, our property manager has already been in touch to offer help. Our thanks to them all for their professional services.

Anais did terrific work at last minute to ensure the new tenant had a car park fob. Anais spent a considerable amounty of time trying to resolve the issue with Encore Estate Management who were failing to trace the master fob to pair it with. The management company were poor in providing an incorrect replacement fob and no help programming it. Anais met with another one of Roman's tenants who do not use the car park and arranged to borrow their fob for the new tenant to use on a short term basis . Anais is still chasing the management company to resolve the issue with the fob on my behalf. Great work which led to a smooth checkin for the new tenant. Thanks

Anais payne has been a great help with helping me and my partner secure our flat. She's very quick to answer any questions we've had.
We have been with romans since September last year, they have always been professional and helpful.

I am a Landlord and have been using Romans for a few years now. I'm very happy with their services, my property is always well occupied and they are there to help with any maintenance issues. Anais Payne and Megan Setchell who look after my property always do a great job, they are very professional and pleasant to deal with.

As a landlord I regularly deal with Kimberley in answering Tenants queries and resolving property
issues and find her very responsive to our tenants and just as responsive, informative and cheerful in any communications between us. I can't recall any occurrence of her not responding within a couple of hours unless she has been out of the office. In those cases arrangements have been made for someone else to stand in for her, or, in the case of short absences she has responded immediately on her return.

If this is the general standard of all staff at Romans then both tenants and landlords should be well looked after.
