Plants arrived well packed with no damage, and are now growing well

Bought quite a few plants none of which survived!! I also bought plug & 9cm pot plants from supermarkets & online garden centres and they survived & blooming. Just saying....

My order arrived carefully in good order and well packed. The plants looked very healthy. I liked that the individual plants weren't kept in individual plastic pockets, but were packed moist, in paper-bags - taped to boxes. The plants were more mature than I expected from plugs.

Appalling service; delivery of my plants has been delayed 4 times, by a week at a time, so far. No apologies - simply a notification, each time, of a further delay. I would advise people to order from a more reliable vendor.

I’ve been a customer of Rocket Gardens for a number of years. I have always been delighted with the quality of the plants I’ve ordered and received. Every detail from the website, updates on order delivery, packaging, quality of plants and customer care have been exemplary in my experience. Also love the informative and beautifully illustrated booklets that come with orders. Highly recommend.

I have had 2 orders from Rocket Gardens & both times plants have arrived in good condition & packaged well, packaging is all recyclable. Delivery was good & good communication from Rocket Gardens regarding shipping & delivery etc.
I honestly haven’t a bad thing to say about this company, 100% recommend.

The veg plants I ordered were amazing delivered in excellent condition and packed with such care they arrived in perfect condition I ordered a pack of veg plants that had a variety and very good value for money so pleased I’ve just ordered some more veg plants including pumpkins grandchildren so excited and after reading the beautiful booklet that came with the plants some companion plants that can help with pests when growing veg and loverly quality time with my grandchildren last weekend planting them and working for the NHS I needed that quiet time here’s looking forward to my other plants and a summer in the garden well done to the company

I've been ordering my plants from them for a few years now and they always arrive in great condition and the quality of the packaging is second to none! eco friendly and sturdy! Their customer service is excellent too! they always respond quickly to any queries and are quick to offer help to resolve any issue. Definitely a 5 star company!

Awesome shop, all the plants I have received have arrived at the right time for planting, and looking strong and healthy.
The quality of the vegetable plug plants makes it easy to get a garden going at the right time.
I will only buy my plug plants from Rocket Gardens from now on, as it just makes life so much easier.

I’m surprised to read some of the poorer reviews. My experience was 5 star. Delivery is a bit slower but I was kept in the loop and never chased. The plants arrived beautifully packaged and in good shape. I have ordered a lot of plants on line and these are by far the best I have ever received. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Well done 👏🏻

This company has by far exceeded my expectations. The quality of plants is incredible! They are clearly cared for beautifully before sending. I feel like these are now precious babies who need 100% of my attention to grow to their fullest capacity. I'm excited to see what the future holds for me and my veg. I’ve just received flower plug plants.
They were very well packaged and extremely healthy looking plugs.
They are all potted on ready for better weather but just wanted to say how pleased and impressed I am with my first purchase from this company.

Hi I have had to rethink my opinion on rocket Gardens they have sent me a refund and I have got to thank them for that

I ordered some vegetable plants from the team at Rocket and they arrived today as advised by their courier and exactly to time.
All the plants were excellent, perfectly packaged and now potted on and in the greenhouse really for planting out later this month. Have used Rocket Gardens before and can recommend them.

The plugs I bought from Rocket Garden arrived in great condition and were superbly packed.
I have purchased plugs from other well known companies and the failure has always been in shipping. Fragile plants don’t like being thrown around and invariably there is damage
The plants from Rocket Garden were so well packed that despite the delivery person throwing them over the gate, they all were in excellent shape

What a breath of fresh air as our first delivery of plants arrived this morning ... Peas, Spinach and Sweet Peppers. More to come. The packaging was super efficient ... eco friendly (no plastic) and really well secured. DPD decided to toss it over a 7' gate instead of ringing the doorbell, so I would ding Rocket Gardens for using them, but even with that flight, everything in the box was secure and well cared for.

If I had a fault it is that we ordered stuff a while ago (early April), I now understand how it works, they ship when it is right to go out where you live. But didn't understand that completely at first, so more advance communication on that would be helpful.

Plants look great and the Growing Guide as opposed to a catalog was an excellent addition. Tons of good information in there and something that will adorn our bookcase as a guide for quite some time.

Looking forward to our next 2 deliveries and telling all my friends.
