Very poor, I was supposed to receive this order by the 20th. Still no sign of it, 4 days later than expected. Really disappointed with this delivery, I cannot comment on the actual product as I have not received it !

Although my order was slightly delayed my purchase was worth waiting for. It arrived in strong & secure packaging , in a first class condition.
Communication through the whole process was excellent. I was informed of the delay to my order and given an offer code to be used against a future purchase. Would highly recommend this company.

Always prompt service. But this time the box had clearly taken a few tumbles along the way and the plants were in a sorry state on arrival.

All of the plants have survived well. However, the packaging while protective did not make it clear how its should be removed to find the plants and without damaging the plants. A label to describe removing the packaging would be helpful.

The plants arrived in a very poor state. I have sent photos via my gmail account. Very disappointed, they look like they have been tossed around and not taken care of.

Lovely healthy little tree but too early to comment on its long-term productivity.
I have bought plants from this company, however, and have been impressed with their reliability.

Good communication. Kept me informed. Delivery was prompt. The plants are fine but a little dry, once watered-okay. Good service.
