Recently purchased a Clogau gold ring for my wife. The item was in the sale and an excellent price. I emailed a query over sizing during the evening and had the response from Kelly first thing the following morning.

The item arrived the following day with no additional charge for postage.

Service was excellent and I noticed a pair of earrings that matched the ring. I purchased them too and they arrived the following day.

One minor suggestion. As Clogau gold is quite rare, coming from Wales, perhaps a note on its origins or a bespoke box would have been a nice touch.

That said I would thoroughly recommend this Company in terms of price, speed of response and speed of delivery. Excellent service!

We first visited Robert Gatward in December when choosing an anniversary gift for my wife. It was a special piece which we took our time reflecting on over several visits, and nothing was too much trouble. We were never rushed or pressured during our deliberations. Sanita assisted us with the purchase and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We ended up buying a low cost Tissot watch for our son too and received the same care and attention with choosing this.

I was also interested in a Rolex for myself and had the pleasure of dealing with the whole Rolex team at different times. After a few more visits in January I purchased a stunning watch. Special thanks to Eden and Kevin who secured me an allocation and resized it twice after purchase, but also Leon and Paul who are just as great to deal with.

After Spending over 45k on watches with them, I was lied to by a member of staff (he has since been sacked)

I was told by two members of the Ipswich branch that they would sort the issues but may take time, shook my hand and looked me in the eye. That is good enough for me!!!

Six months past and still nothing from them so chased and was told nothing is in for me.

General manger of Robert Gatward rung me was hardly interested.

Popped into Ipswich to see Lee had a good chat, Saying he was meeting General Manager this week and would be in touch. I received said call saying i would no longer be welcome as a customer,Then emailed the GM who couldnt even be bothered to answer half my email just got THIS DECISION IS FINAL.

So being lied to and sacking a member of the staff because of the incident has been shoved under the carpet and i have been told they wont serve me again.

SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING.

I wish i could speak to the owners of the company to see what they had to say about it..... As all over the website it is the customers will have great service from a family run business ETC

My wife and I have had the pleasure of shopping at Robert Gatward jewellers in Windsor. It was a cold wet January day and were treated to a wonderful welcome and hot and cold refreshments on entering the store. I had gone there to hopefully purchase a watch for my sons 40th birthday. Thankfully Mr Paul Smith managed to secure an exclusive piece for the occasion. The experience and warmth of all members of staff was terrific but a special shout out to Paul Smith for his help, support and knowledge of the timepieces that helped us make a wonderful choice that I am sure my son will treasure for many years to come.

I have now bought two watches from the Windsor branch and both times the customer service from the whole team has been excellent especially Paul who sold me the watches who has been very informative and helpful and Leon who we had a discussion about watches with who was also very helpful. I will definitely be buying from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Attended the Thame store this afternoon and was greeted by Fiona. Customer service was exemplary, no hard sell, just plenty of options and a genuine desire to ensure we went away with exactly what we wanted. Thank you Fiona and thank you Robert Gatward. You truly are a gem in our small town.

I would like to take this opportunity to share another excellent experience at Robert Gatward Jewellers Windsor Branch.
I went to the store to collect my 18ct signet ring and I was welcomed by Garry Reeves the Windsor Branch Manager.
He was very professional and offered me an excellent customer service.
I also asked him about Rolex watches.
He immediately asked me to sit down.
Mr Paul Smith from Rolex Department came and I asked him to see a specific Rolex model. He went above and beyond and explained to me the next steps on my second Rolex journey.
I managed to register my interest on this iconic piece.

A trip to Robert Gatward in Windsor is always a treat. The whole team are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Leon, Eden, Paul and Kevin have provided us with excellent customer service over the course of the last year or so in Windsor and in previous years, the old Reading store.

It is not often that I would make time in writing a summary of a recent shopping experience, but in purchasing an Omega Seamaster watch from the Ipswich branch of Gatward Jewellers I feel compelled to let others know that I found all their staff to be courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable about their products. My choice of watch was largely because of my confidence in Lee, one of their senior salesmen, who guided me over a two-week period in making the right choice and at no time was I rushed or patronised as sometimes happens in a specialist shop. An excellent shop with excellent staff and I would have no hesitation in shopping with them again.

Great buying experience, bought my Omega moonwatch through their website. The service was second to non and well handled by Kelly.
Now in the process of looking for a Rolex. Kevin from the Windsor branch called me to discuss my requirements and was honest and very helpful. Highly recommended and a great family run firm.

We bought a Rolex Explorer from the Ipswich branch recently. The shop has a very friendly atmosphere and a traditional family business feel about it. Sean is an absolute star and a great ambassador for Robert Gatward. He is genuinely helpful, friendly, attentive and clearly understands the value of actually building relationships with customers rather than just selling to them. I went to the Windsor Branch of Robert Gatward and saw Gary Reeves the Manager. The service he gave to my husband and I was superb. He explained the various details of the Tudor watch which my Friend bought and also he was able to put a battery in my watch and clean up my husband's existing Rolex watch whilst we went and had a cup of coffee in Costa. The friendliness and personal touch was second to none . I will be going there again ! I will also recommend Gary and Robert Gatward to more of my friends and relatives .
