My experience at RGJ Ipswich today was almost biblical. Having been a customer there for about 9 years, Duncan, the manager, blew my mind when he invited me to view, with the option to buy, something very special. (Matthew 22:14 springs to mind!) Every visit there has been special. Todays experience was exceptional. I am not a celeb’ or royalty, but it felt like I was treated like one today. I can’t thank them enough. No other jewellers that I have been to comes close. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

I have gone through Robert Gatward Abingdon for a number of watches as well as my Wife's engagement + wedding rings and other jewellery and we both now would never shop anywhere else.

Edward and the team have always been very helpful & knowledgeable with great products in stock. It is great to have found a store where there is no pressure to buy anything whilst getting expert opinions.

I cannot recommend Robert Gatward enough if you are looking at a new Watch or Jewellery.

Welcomed by a polite blonde lady who's name I didn't catch and offered a drink when we arrived.
Stopped by to drop a watch off for servicing and have links added to another which went seamlessly.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Archie and Lee who were both happy to have a general chat about watches and a quick catch-up, nothing felt rushed which was nice.

Having moved to the area a few years ago I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Paul, Kevin, Charlotte and Jeanene - and the experience is night and day compared to my experiences elsewhere previously. From my first encounter with Paul to then shortly after picking up a special Rolex for my 40th from him and Kevin, to working with Charlotte to commission two custom pieces of jewellery for my wife to mark various milestones the experience has been friendly, attentive and at times surprising when they exceed expectations. Incredible experience with a Rolex AD that actually makes the time to understand the customer properly. Best Rolex AD that I have come across! I reached an important milestone in my career and had promised myself a Rolex to celebrate. I spoke to Leon who listened to what I wanted and found it for me (quicker than expected) and also offered a couple of different options just to be sure.

Purchased a beautiful Clogau ring at an excellent price. Very impressed with the fast delivery and the extra touch with packaging and presentation. Will be returning to this supplier.

Bought a Breitling watch online. Very smooth process. Kept informed with personalised emails at every step. Arrived on time and carefully packaged. Reasonably priced. I would definitely use Robert Gatward for future purchases and will recommend the company to friends.

I visited the Windsor branch. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was interested in a Rolex and spoke to Kevin Fuller who was very friendly and nice. He secured me an allocation not too long after.

I visited your store in Windsor on Saturday the 29Th and was greeted by Kevin Fuller, I didn’t have an appointment and it was very close to closing time. I wanted to talk about acquiring a Rolex for my sons 21st Birthday which had just passed.

As a huge Rolex fan, I have experienced many Rolex stores. Usually if you make an unappointed visit to a store as a new customer the experience can be shocking bad.

I am a Franchise Director for a local business, it’s our stated policy to treat every visitor to ###### as a welcomed guest in our home... Every day. Every time. Without fail. No exceptions. This is something we live and breathe by and something I rarely experience outside of my businesses. I can confirm that Kevin delivers this exceptionally! He was welcoming, kind, friendly and included my whole family in the sales process. His knowledge and enthusiasm is also outstanding.

So, a huge thank you for an outstanding experience, you have a customer for life!

We’d been out for a walk with our dog and were in need of a coffee. I remembered I needed some help with a Breitling Emergency; tapped on the front door that is security controlled and a middle aged guy that had clearly seen me prior to my tap reluctantly discontinued his chat with a fellow staff member and opened the door and ushered me in. Immediately I felt like I had been annoying in disrupting his conversation and his body language and manner told me that he wanted rid of me at his earliest opportunity. The chap dismissed my enquiry and sent me on my way. I was wearing a baseball cap, jeans, fleece and hiking shoes. I work in the city and there are myriad Rolex, Breitling dealers and I’ve never once experienced the breathtakingly rude and provincial attitude that I dealt with at Robert Gatward. They say that if you visit a good restaurant you extol the virtues of the place to 3 people, you visit a bad restaurant and tell 10 people. Nasty experience and I will avoid like the plague in future.

Ordered earrings on line and the whole process was excellent. Arrived securely by Royal Mail and the little sweets hidden within the packaging was a nice touch. Loved the earring too! I was a little dubious about ordering on line as opposed to going into shop but I needn’t have been and will shop this way with Robert Gatward again.

Visited Robert Gatward Windsor last weekend and it was a delightful experience.
Initially I went to register for a watch. I was introduced to Kevin and was amazed with his knowledge, professionalism, manners and friendliness.
I must say that whole store team was very kind and helpful. I was so impressed that I went back on Wednesday to buy a diamond necklace. As always, found their staff extremely supportive with vast knowledge of jewellery and diamonds.
Store team made the visit enjoyable and I would love to visit them again. Highly recommend Windsor Store 5⭐️s all the way.
