What's going on with berrys website, you press for brands and it goes to shops?? And when you go for a brand and it says more it doesn't show anymore????

While out shopping with my husband daughter grandson and our dog in York, I saw a watch in the window that I’d liked online.The staff welcomed us all in including the dog and were very helpful and friendly. I purchased the watch which was altered for me,and left a very happy customer.

This was my first time buying a luxury watch and I absolutely loved it! Emma made myself and my partner feel so welcome and talked us through everything before making the purchase. You can really see all their enthusiasm throughout the process and they have a real passion and interest in what they’re selling. I will absolutely be returning to this store for future purchases.

The environment was very nice, quaint small rooms with character as you would expect in a building on Stonegate in York, yet it was modern and uncluttered. The staff were welcoming and friendly, with good expertise. Bo was helpful in assisting me to make a choice which I am most happy with.

My husband and I had been planning our 10th wedding anniversary gifts for a while — a diamond ring for me, a prestigious watch for him. We'd travelled to Leeds to view a ring at another shop, only to find it wasn't actually in store — we looked at other rings but nothing had the wow factor and the experience was a frustrating end to a 2-hour trip.

As we left, Berry's caught our eye. Emma welcomed us in with a warm smile and didn't hesitate when I asked to see 3 or 4 rings from the window, even though we made clear we weren't buying that day. I was a little deflated and wary of a rebound purchase, but from the moment we sat down, the experience was worlds apart from what we'd just had. We felt special, well looked after, and that the experience matched the significance of what we were investing in.

The ring I fell for was almost double our budget, but it opened the door to exploring watches for my husband too. We spent over an hour with Emma, browsing and discussing, and left empty-handed — but with her contact details for when we were ready.

Two weeks and some number-crunching later, we called to arrange our purchase. Coming back felt like visiting old friends. We were given full attention throughout, talked through our gems and watch, and made to feel like the only customers in the shop.

We couldn't have been happier with our pieces — the most special purchases we've made in 10 years.

Having looked for a Rolex Daytona for a while, and found the whole experience of the AD to be thoroughly unedifying. I had started to look and consider alternatives which brought me to the Omega and the Speedmaster, specifically the Grey Side of The Moon.

I spoke with a couple of Omega retailers - and the experience was good but not stand out. If wasn’t until I met Andy in a Leeds that it became clear to me that this was the brand and retailer for me.

Andy stayed in touch whilst sourcing a watch from Omega which came much sooner than expected, and he did a great job preparing the Omega manager (Peter) for our arrival.

Peter was excellent on the day and made both my wife and I feel really special.

Unsurprisingly - Andy followed up a couple of days later to check in - because he really cares about his customers.

A great product, Berry’s in Leeds are excellent & Andy and Peter are fantastic ambassadors of both the store and the Omega brand.

Brilliant service from Ethan start to finish, I wanted to see 4 watches and booked an appointment the following day.
When I arrived, all of the people I met inside the Jewellers were polite and friendly.
Ethan provided a personable service and gave really good advice.
The owner Geoffrey even stopped by to check in on the service and offered some words of wisdom.
A superb experience and thanks for the coffee Ethan, love the watch and will return in the future.

My husband and I were shopping for a watch and were greeted with a smile at the door. We were made comfortable and offered drinks. Roxy listened and advised us about various pieces with great detail..a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional member of staff.
We had a lovely experience and bought a Cartier ladies watch which was then beautifully presented in its smart box.
I would recommend this store and staff and will be more than happy to shop with them gain.

Excellent service - the best in a very long time!

Absolutely fantastic service from Berry’s today when I bought a Cartier Santos from the Newcastle store. The courtesy and professionalism afforded to me was simply exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and a special mention to Lee Davis for taking care of my purchase, adjusting the links and spending time making sure I was happy with my purchase. This is truly exemplary service.

My husband surprised me with a Tudor watch during a birthday weekend in Leeds, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience.
From the moment we walked into Berry’s Jewellers Leeds, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Emma looked after us from start to finish, and she was simply outstanding. She was warm, discreet, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about her role. Within minutes, it felt like we had known her for years.
My husband had secretly arranged for the watch to be transferred from the Nottingham store, knowing we would be in Leeds for the weekend. Emma had everything prepared perfectly, making the surprise even more special.
Although the store was close to closing, we never felt rushed or under any pressure to make a purchase. Emma took all the time needed to ensure everything was perfect. My watch bracelet was adjusted several times to get the fit exactly right and, when I returned the following morning, Emma happily arranged for further adjustments until it was absolutely perfect.
The little touches made such a difference too – we were welcomed with a glass of fizz and received some lovely complimentary gifts, making the whole experience feel truly luxurious and personal.
Emma is a credit to the store and perfectly represents what exceptional luxury customer service should be. She made what was already a very special birthday gift into an unforgettable experience.

Great experience from the team in the Newcastle store. Nick and Lee were excellent, looked after me the whole way through the purchase and I left with exactly what I wanted. The service was second to none and the little, special details were fantastic. Very knowledgable but no pressure to get the sale. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in future and would recommend to anyone as the best option in the city. Thank you.

This is the 2nd time I buy a Tudor from this shop. This time I was so happy to get one of the latest greatest Tudor watches. The staff is great. The sale’s lady was really helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The Berry’s shops in Leeds are always my favorable shops to visit. Thank you

From the start we were made to feel very welcome by Troy and Emma, who were so helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
