Your satisfaction is important. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee*, which allows you to cancel your travel insurance plan within 14 days from your effective date of coverage** or before your scheduled departure date, whichever comes sooner.
Arch RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the time specified, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan.

I am really impressed how efficient Arch insurance was! After I filed the claim, I got an email within an hour. They were keeping me informed every step of the way. They advertise they are BBB accredited…
They advertise they are BBB accredited but they are not. When you buy it, that's when they say they start coverage even though your trip is 6 months away, so they don't have to refund the insurance if you don't go.
Their reply says that they are BBB members, but again, they are not. The company of Arch is a BBB member,, but NOT Arch RoamRight. Go to the BBB site to check. That site is BBB in Maryland, where they are registered.
