Your satisfaction is important. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee*, which allows you to cancel your travel insurance plan within 14 days from your effective date of coverage** or before your scheduled departure date, whichever comes sooner.
Arch RoamRight will refund all of your premiums paid if you cancel coverage within the time specified, provided you have not already filed a claim under the travel insurance plan.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. You can email your request to customerservice@roamright.com.
*Not available to residents of New York and Washington.
**Residents of Indiana have up to 30 days from the effective date of coverage.

Friendly, knowledgeable, customer service
I called Arch RoamRight customer service because their website wouldn't allow me to input 16 family members for our trip. The maximum allowed was eight individuals. The associate was very helpful and made the process very easy.

Isabel was wonderful. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and most importantly, very patient. I have not had the pleasure of dealing with individuals like her in a long time. Far too many get impatient with the people they are dealing with because they might not know or understand something. I never felt that way with Isabel. She was there to explain and help...a definitely asset to the company that employs her. Thank you Isabel!

OMG!!! Give her a raise!!!
We had planned our trip of a lifetime to celebrate our 45th Anniversary. However, my health had decided differently. I had heart surgery in April 2024, when things were looking good once again, we booked this trip. Last year started having sporadic issues that worsened. Sadly, had to cancel this trip. After filing our claim, Sue Lochner emailed and called several times needing more info and dates. She went above and beyond AND our claim was approved. I cannot Thank Sue enough for caring, her tenacity and helping me thru this process. She is an awesome employee with extraordinary work ethics. These days it seems that you do not find this type of employee that really cares and loves her job. It really shows. Thank YOU again Sue!!!!

Helpful customer service
I was able to cancel a policy that wasn't exactly what I wanted and get a new policy that incorporated what I needed. It was human error on my part, but they helped to correct it for me.
