Very unreliable and rude service from…
Very unreliable and rude service from the controllers. I was left stranded at the airport even though i had ordered that cab from spain the day before. I was also earlier left for and hour and half outside the Chard on another occasion because the driver did not know were to pick us up even though they dropped us there!!!!!! the driver on that occasion was extremely rude! i asked for a refund of the difference i had to pay from the airport to home.... all i got was an apology and no refund!! they need to change thier policy on how they do business.. so i would hardly recommend this company to anyone.they are fine with half mile drops..... but nothing more ... seems to much to cope with... This is Roadrunners in croydon.

Super helpful and polite
I sadly cannot remember our drivers name, however he was the most polite and professional driver I've ever met. He was so helpful with our disabled passenger. If this review makes it back to Roadrunners, our trip was 1 Sept at 12.20 in Horley. I'm Karen. Thank you.

I was called a "fat cow" by your driver after challenging the fact I was charged £1.50 by your driver for getting cash out. Less than 20 second drive from my destination .
It was a long journey with a substantial financial amount. If I did not get cash out I would not have been able to pay.
This is disgraceful!
