Absolutely apaulling . Don’t even bother. They turn up, give you 1 second to get to them and then drive off. I’ll never use them again

My best friend was very stressed out and needed to go somewhere road runners quoted her £8.70 by the man on the phone and the taxi driver on return from her journey she looked in her bank and saw they had charged £10.80 being stressed my friend I took over the situation and spoke to a nice employee called Dexter who logged this complaint he said to ring the following day which I just did and I spoke to a very rude member of staff she said her name was Nicola she sounded like she had an Irish or Scottish accent I’m not sure but she was extremely rude to me and very unhelpful fortunately I contacted my friend and obviously Dexter from the night before had sorted it out and my friend got her £2 back this is more of a principle than the money and I would just like to praise Dexter and also say what a terrible job Nicola is doing will never use this company again

Pre-Covid I pre-booked Road Runners for a return cab from my holiday after midnight as I was travelling as a lone female so wanted to get back safe. They text to confirm the booking but never showed. That night I spent over an hour trying to make contact but nobody returned my calls or messages. No other cabs were available until the early hours of the morning & I ended up paying double to get home. When I finally spoke to Road Runners on the phone they didn't care, I was at the very least expecting a free cab fare. I'm so pleased I got a lift to the airport on the way to my holiday as I would have otherwise missed my flight if I'd relied on these cowboys. DO NOT USE if you actually want the cab to arrive!!!

They are an absolute joke. We prebooked a taxi and apparently it was our fault we had to wait 36 mins as our driver picked up someone else. Perry in the office was useless and offered no sense of apology for making us wait in the freezing cold and when our car did arrive he said he had been given the wrong postcode! I would only use them if you like getting ripped off for a delayed journey!

Arrived 10 minutes before pick up time. Car spotless, driver (Ivan) very friendly. Arrived at airport in plenty of time. I know these guys get some bad reviews, but I had a very positive experience.

Only ask for driver 223! Extremely nice driver, very clean car, polite and very chatty!

No call, no text, no email. Missed train. Thanks.

Gatwick are nightmare. They ask if ok to share as busy then charge you same price while you go to others persons house for them to be dropped off. Avoid

I got picked up by a driver with a car of EM67DXM .The driver was driving illegally with no tax. After he was driving 65mph on a 30mph after me telling him to slow down he refused to slow down. He refused to slow down kicked me out of the cab! Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated by driver which resulted in a female walking home on her own at 2am. Also called the cab office to which that were no help! I have reported to the police!! WOMEN PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

What a joke of a company. After waiting for a cab for 2+ hours to then be told it's cancelled quarter to f#@$%&g 12 at night. If I could of put 0 stars I would. Absoutley disgusting vile people with THE worse costomer service!!!! (Horley branch)

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolute waste of space company. 20 mins turns into 40 and then into whatever they decide. Surprisingly I can't put f@cking joke.

Great service, phoned ahead to check we were going to be ready and arrived bang on time. Driver very polite and drive sensibly. Recommend highly based on today’s experience.

Booked airport taxis. The outbound taxi drove into a bus lane and waited for me to walk up to him. He didn't even try to find my house.

The return journey was even worse. The driver turned up half an hour early despite having my flight details, rang me three times and then left the airport. I tried to ring him several times with no answer. The main reception didn't answer either. Horrendous service.

I also wonder if the company are even licensed. STAY WELL AWAY.

Do not use them! I ordered a car with car seat the driver told me they don't have any and better to cancel the order. I did cancel and they charged me for full amount even though I never used their service.Since they don't answer my phone calls or email either.Refund?

Very poor service, I always go to third-party service providers as they trick there a customer in a more better way, Here in the review section, I also came to know there are more customers who also suffer the same! Very rude driver. Over speeding through out the journey.

Booked a cab to Heathrow and it failed to show up even after double checking with them the night before. Ended up having to drive and park in long stay. When I contacted the office to discuss compensation arrangements Simon did not even acknowledge the complaint let alone call back. Totally unreliable company with crap customer service. Unfortunately trustpilot do not have a 0 star option but roadrunners are worthy of that am afraid.
