Taxi arrived on time but the driver was terrible. Kept braking for no reason. Daydreaming at lights. I said lights twice but it wasn't until someone behind beeped that he moved. All this meant we missed our train which ruined our day.

Had a taxi to and from my apointment for Spamedica and both taxi drivers were really nice and got me there and back safely. I will be going again soon for my op so will be booking one again for that. Thank you.

Booked a taxi. They said they were coming straight away hour later they still hadn’t come.

25 minutes late arriving for time booked the day before. If you cannot honour the booked time do not take the booking!
I recommend trying to use a different company.

We booked a taxi with Roadrunners a day in advance for an airport transfer, only for it to never show up. This is not the first time – they are either late or don’t come at all. No apologies, no compensation, just pure indifference. They simply don’t care about their customers. If you value your time and sanity, do not use this company. The absolute worst taxi service in Redhill. Avoid like the plague!

I called and booked for a taxi some 4 1/2 hours prior to my arrival and was told everything would be okay.

On arrival I called the team and said where would I need to meet them et cetera and that was all confirmed.

I then had to call A further several times to be told the taxi was on its way. It’s on its way. It’s on its way. Well actually the taxi wasn’t on its way. They had no drivers and the staff were un honest and failed to tell me that they had no drivers available so it ended up costing me a lot more money to use Uber. Overall very dat

Shocking, booked for 7 tonight 2 days ago for a meal out with friends, paid up front- called at 7:15 , advised 'we are busy will be 15 -20 mins' - rubbish service and have let us down! Beware!!!

Mins late then cancelled. Phoned company and they were just very relaxed about the chaos they caused for myself and family. Cancelled and booked uber. Hopefully these companies will understand why their business is dying. Poor service, poor quality.

Advise Everyone not to use their services . Totally unprofessional and they start services in several apartments in Bangalore . They take advance first for the services to be rendered and midway disappear into thin air . When you try to call Ricky and Brandon they don't answer calls or respond to messages . Had a very bad experience with them and don't hire them at all .

Stranded twice by this company. First at Gatwick airport when the booked minicab did not show up.
Secondly left stranded at holiday camp with a family of 8 including 2 young children after pre booked minicab several months beforehand failed to show up. Nearly lost our flight from Gatwick airport. Totally unprofessional company and very rude staff. Never booking with this company in the future.

Taxi pre booked to pick us up at 4.10am to get to the airport. 4.15 text saying driver on way, you can track driver and he was 25 minutes away. called the driver in case tracker was incorrect, he was very stroppy saying not his fault...do you want this taxi or not...no apology, just grumpy that he had only just been given the job. This delay would give us 10 mins to get through security and get to the gate and that wasn't going to be enough time at all. Had to get our daughter out of bed to take us, after which she has a full and busy day at work so not fair on her. Taxi companies have one job to do....get a car to pick up on time...fail, fail, fail. I called driver to cancel the cab and he hung up in me... totally hopeless service and very stressful.

I booked a taxi for 4.25am the night before. Left notes to say I had a train booked for 4.55am.
When the taxi didn’t turn up I called them. They said it would be another 15mins. I would have missed my train. That was 25 mins later than I asked. Not reliable if on a time schedule

The worst booked a taxi the night before so my daughter can get to a important appointment and then drop my hubby off .did not turn up on.time which made them.both late .

Worst taxi firm in the uk, charged me £10.50 for a £4 fare and said it because they had to come along way

Website doesn’t work. One sole purpose is to book a taxi and can’t even do that.

Unreliable, couldn’t find destination and expected me to find it, and if you leave anything in the car it will not be returned!!

Disgusting service, take the booking and money from your card, then driver cancels trip so you have to order again only to be cancelled another 3 or 4 times. By this time they have taken all your money and you can’t order again due to insufficient funds in the bank. You get the money back but it takes up to an hour. Why do drivers cancel ten minutes after accepting. They should pay us for cancellation.it’s not on leaving people stood waiting. If you don’t want the fare don’t accept the job.
