Bought a tv for a kitchen, beta price I could find and delivered quickly and safely

Having watched the local prices for a while I saw that Richer Sounds had a very good offer on for the TCL 55" Google TV that I had my eye on. I could have driven across Sheffield on 'Click and Collect' but it would have been the same as next day delivery to my home anyway so I opted for that.
In the event the delivery van broke down on the far side of Sheffield - which they were very apologetic about - so I settled for courier delivery the following day, so I've gone for 4/5, although there's not much anyone could do about that, and the following day the couriers arrived bright and early and kept me informed of progress just as the Richer Sounds team had, so it would definitely have been a 5/5 if not for a bit of bad luck.
The TV itself is excellent both for it's picture and sound and integrated immediately with my EE TV & broadband, although I'm still finding my way around all it's capabilities.

Easy to order our TV on line and from then on we knew when we would be receiving it. Everything went very smoothly

Not only do these chaps know their stuff inside out, they are helpful, prompt and friendly, not to mention the excellent prices.

We bought our Hisense 100” TV from Richer Sounds and cannot fault the whole process. Not only were the prices more than reasonable at nearly £1000 cheaper than Amazon, the customer service was excellent. We were warned due to where we live that it may take a little longer to arrive, understandable. They needn’t have bothered the TV arrived within the usual stated time via a very efficient and polite delivery team. All aspects of the delivery were clear and regularly updated.

Side note… DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNDERESTIMATE THE SIZE OF THIS TV…it’s an absolute beast.

We had a problem connecting the new TV to our sound system so called the telesales support number. They could not have been more helpful...they reviewed the photos I sent, called a store who had the TV on stock so they could test the problem and called me back to talk through how to resolve.

Bought this is rewind dark side of the moon tape cassette player on pre order, they kept me up to date on the order, was delivered excellent and packaging was excellent. Very happy with the excellent service 10/10🫡 keep up the great work 👍
