We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Richer Sounds when recently upgrading our TV. Their prices are excellent and difficult to beat, someone is always ready on the phone to answer any queries, ordering online was simple, delivery was quick and carried out in a very professional manner and the free 6 year extended warranty is exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending Richer Sounds to anybody.
We are also very happy with our new LG TV.

I ordered the Denon AVC-X3800H online after looking at the reviews. I just wanted a simple straightforward receiver to watch movies in the living room with a 5-1 setup. So I did not want to go over the top in paying for the extras that I would not use.
The setup was straight forward and I have just watched the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and was very pleased with the receiver. It so far has had more than enough power for the room and I am very pleased with the purchase.

Brilliant communication with delivery expectations. Delivery itself was handled very well by BJS home delivery- very pleasant guys who attended.
Will be coming again to Richer Sounds next for my surround sound plans.

Shipped promptly and would have arrived very promptly if only the delivery company's driver hadn't gone to the wrong address!

The product is great, the price was good and the warranty is fantastic. I have also had very positive experiences with RS in the past. Unfortunately this one was more frustrating than it need to be when it came to delivery. I ordered in Wed evening and paid extra to have it delivered next working day understanding that would be Friday not Thurs as it was later in the day. (I needed it for an occasion on Sunday). All was going fine with delivery confirmed for Friday until late on Thurs I saw the delivery info had updated to Mon. At this point it was too late to contact anyone. I then went around the houses between RS and their delivery service with no one taking responsibility and was eventually told it was due to stock arriving too late. Unfortunately they were not very forthcoming with a solution offering to refund the next day payment and deliver Mon (no good to me). Eventually I was offered Sat delivery and after that everything went extremely smoothly and the delivery service was excellent. The box was quite beaten up but they documented it, checked the TV was not harmed and I was happy to accept. Everyone was polite and helpful to a point but it was a lot of chasing around and unnecessary anxiety.

Great product that simply plugged in to my existing music system in and started straight away. Great sound.

Ifi zen blue is an amazing bit of kit which is SO easy to install and “does exactly what it says on the tin” !
If yiu are serious about good wifi go to Richer Sounds they are the best!

We have dealt with Richer sounds before and never had any problems. We couldn’t decide what TV that suited us most and a chap from customer services helped us to decide what model suited our requirements. Apart from that your 6 year warranty gives you peace of mind in case of breakdown.

Excellent work! The LG soundbar Wow stand was on offer and it is the perfect addition to our tv and looks incredibly clean and smart. It wasn’t the cheapest option but being tailored for the TV it is a stunning addition. Speedy delivery too 👍
