David from the Aftersales team deserves a medal. My daughter's TV broke after only 6 months, and David could not do enough to help sort it out. He seamlessly arranged a collection of the broken unit and arranged for the Stockport branch to post out the new unit that we wanted. He kept me updated both via phone and by email all the way the process. Well done David and Richer Sounds, one very happy customer.

Excellent customer service
I purchased a portable CD player from Richer Sounds recently online and they answered my questions about the product efficiently and were most helpful to me as a not too technically experienced customer. The CD player is great, perfect for me and so easy to used once it was explained to me.

Bought these to replace my Sony xm3. Sound quality is great with voices much clearer, as is the bass. Very comfortable to wear for long periods. The battery lasts for an age. Excellent price and service from Richer Sounds as usual. Very happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased two speaker stands from Richer Sounds through their online store and couldn't be happier with the experience. The ordering process was straightforward, the price was competitive, and the stands arrived quickly and were very well packaged.
The quality of the speaker stands is excellent – they're sturdy, easy to assemble, and have made a noticeable improvement to both the appearance and sound of my hi-fi setup. Delivery was prompt and exactly as promised, making the whole purchase completely hassle-free.

Excellent customer service with great communication. Had to rearrange delivery, the customer service team were really lovely as were the delivery team. A small error was made, they took full responsibility and they couldn’t have rectified better. I recommend.
