I was given two gift vouchers for a birthday present. I wasn't able to use them online but phoned up my local store(Southampton) and they (Ben if I remember correctly)sorted if for me straight away on the phone. I have used Richer Sounds many times over the years and their customer service is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who cares to listen.

Such an easy process! Order online or over the phone and get next day delivery to the store or to your home.
All involved are helpful, knowlegeable and so polite.

Visited the store to check on actual definitive dimensions of an item - foot location underneath! Didn't have the right stock, but James willingly engaged in sorting out the actual unsuitability of the item. Would have stayed longer but was also playing beat-the-traffic-warden. Phoned the store the next day to order the right item but got bounced to Brighton store, becasue they were physically closed, where Rosie took my order and got it delivered to the Southampton store for me to pick up the next business day. Picked up my item after a confirmation call to say it had arrived. Fabulous.

Rob and his staff are a credit to Richer Sounds that’s why over the years I have bought many items from the Southampton branch and continue to do so. They have a great deal of experience and knowledge and nothing ever seems too much trouble. I always feel I can pick up the phone and speak to a member of staff if I need help.

I bought my television from a different Richer sounds shop in London (my second TV from the company) but after verifying my details Ben did not hesitate to help me with replacing a faulty remote on the generous warranty offered with my TV. No fuss, no bother, on its way to me within 24 hours. I have always had good service with Richer Sounds, thank you Ben!

Knowledgable sales staff, experience and knowledge is lost on a lot of outlets these days but in Richer Sounds the purchasing experience is a pleasure.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Someone helped me as soon as I entered the store and took me through the different options for what I was looking for (a turntable and speakers). They did me a great deal so I could stick to my budget, and I got something much better than if I just bought a package online. Plus everything I wanted was in stock so I managed to take it home the same day. Would definitely recommend Richer Sounds.
