Whilst I had a disappointing experience with a TV being delivered damaged, it was very quickly resolved and also price matched. Dan did an exceptional job and I know the damaged TV was down to packers and distribution. The customer service was as expected from Richer Sounds; excellent .

The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right cinema received and accessories. Very friendly staff. Really recommend my local Reading branch team.

Luke in the Reading shop was great. He ordered the item that I couldn't and prepared the speaker cables ready for their deployment all with the customer professionalism needed.

Great customer service, quick delivery and excellent product

Delivered late but that was traffic congestion. Good to see my product was securely strapped in. Sound bar was different to one advertised. I'm not an expert so don't know if it is of the same spec or better or worse?

Recently went into the Reading store, looking for some advice about upgrading my Ortofon 2M Blue to a Bronze. Dan was extremely helpful, must have noticed my trepidation when we were talking about changing the cartridge, and he offered to fit it for me! The Bronze cartridge and stylus arrived the next day, took it in with the headshell, expecting to leave it for a few days, but received a call later that afternoon to say that it was done (by Steve, the manager).
Extremely good service, and I am very pleased with the result - now happily working my way through my favourite albums, and hearing stuff which I never knew was there.

We spent a happy hour auditioning 3 sets of speakers before choosing the Focal. Dan was very helpful throughout, indeed he recommended the Focal speakers, which were on sale at a good discount.
All in all a very satisfactory experience.

I rang in to check availability of a set of B&W speakers and spoke to Dan on Friday. He gave me some great advice on an appropriate set of speaker cables and I placed my order over the phone for the speakers and cables. Steve rang me on Monday to say the speakers had arrived. I collected on Tuesday - all super smooth. Thanks to Dan, Steve, Rory, and Luke for a great buying experience.

Excellent generally, but also solved a set-up problem over the phone with relative ease. Also, easy to reach on the phone to get immediate help.
