Very knowledgeable, know there stuff, helpful

Richer Sounds as always were helpful and happy to provide advice.
On this occasion I knew what I wanted to purchase do little advice was needed.
They were still courteous and explained the details of the extended warranty.

Reading store gave me. I was having problems with my
wireless headphones and he was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable I could not have wished for better

I was looking to trade in an older amp but due to its age and no box, this wasn’t an option, however the sales agent offered me a discount similar to what the trade-in value would’ve been. I felt this was good service from the staff member.

Great team at Reading, big shout out to James, went in dead set on a particular brand, showed me another option which gave me food for thought. Also changed my view on soundbar set up rather than the full AV set up I have but no longer the room for it.

Excellent customer service and knowledge.

I went in looking at a specific TV, which was made available to me to look at. However, Dan asked me a number of questions to understand what I was really looking for and offered some alternatives, ultimately resulting in me changing my mind. Combined with a refurbished model being available I ended up with a better TV than I was looking for originally and at a lower price. Now that the TV has been delivered and installed, I'm very happy with the performance. No issues at all with the service.

Steve at Richer Sounds was very attentive and quickly identified our needs and budget. As a result, we bought our new 55" OLED LG TV from them and have not looked back since! It has MARVELLOUS picture and sound quality. All thanks to Steve!

A Philips TV update went wrong and bricked it. The five year warranty paid out, so why would I buy from anywhere else? Richer Sounds is brilliant.

Dan from the Oxford Road store has been a great help for me every time I have been in contact.

After asking questions outside of store hours, I was called within the hour of opening the next day 2 out of 2 times. Helped me source and deliver stock from another store to my address and gave fantastic and preemptive advice. Awesome stuff!
