Nice and helpfull.
They are a well run,friendly and helpfull team. Richer sounds should be your first port of call for all things HI-Fi. Thier TV's aren't bad as well!

A positive out of a negative
Whilst I had a disappointing experience with a TV being delivered damaged, it was very quickly resolved and also price matched. Dan did an exceptional job and I know the damaged TV was down to packers and distribution. The customer service was as expected from Richer Sounds; excellent .

Richer Sounds have a simple formula, experienced, polite staff, efficient support from HQ. Their products are always competitively priced, delivered efficently and with a decent guarantee. There is no need to go anywhere else, just brilliant.

Delivered late but that was traffic congestion. Good to see my product was securely strapped in. Sound bar was different to one advertised. I'm not an expert so don't know if it is of the same spec or better or worse?
