30 years of quality
Always loved Richer Sounds. Been using them for 30 years (give or take) and their service remains the same. Top quality products sold by friendly, knowledgeable staff who are on hand for all my questions. I also love they don’t push the sale, they are just very very helpful. Needed new wireless speaker
Needed new wireless speaker. Was able to bring my old one and preferred new one which they sourced from another shop and compare for 30 mins using my own music from iPhone. I bought new one and once home it was excellent. Nice job. Dave

Very good as usual
Very good as usual. Not sure who courier was used but the driver threw all of the packets/boxes around the van when trying to dig out the speakers. Did not seem to be bothered when I asked if he was not concerned anything breaking. Just shrugged.

A good range of quality items, nice staff
On entering the shop, I was instantly greeted by friendly staff, they were knowledgeable and helpful. They offered products to suit my needs. The unit I purchased is excellent. Perfect for my system. Richer Sounds was a recommendation from my brother, he was full of praise for your shop, and I have to agree. Thanks for your service and quality range.

My LG OLED was showing screen burn…
My LG OLED was showing screen burn after 4 years. Richer customer support was excellent despite my fit of anger at the situation. They recommended not going on the OLED route again but as LG now offer a 5 Yr warranty against screen burn I have bought a new G series. Delivery was next day.

Trading up my amp was easy
Trading up my amp was easy. I did not get too much for the trade in but I got a great deal on an open box REL subwoofer, which more than compensated for the shortfall.
