My LG OLED was showing screen burn after 4 years. Richer customer support was excellent despite my fit of anger at the situation. They recommended not going on the OLED route again but as LG now offer a 5 Yr warranty against screen burn I have bought a new G series. Delivery was next day.

Helpful service in store. Great TV product purchased. Excellent installation service arranged through Richer Sounds.

The product that I wanted at the price I expected. Faster and better delivery than anticipated. Win Win!

Trading up my amp was easy. I did not get too much for the trade in but I got a great deal on an open box REL subwoofer, which more than compensated for the shortfall.

I arrived early before the branch was open. Not a problem i was welcomed in. I came to see a specific product and told the staff i was not intending to make a purchase during this visit. This was not a problem. The product was demonstrated with out any sales pressure at all. I was so impressed with the service that i made the purchase and have no regrets in doing so.

I purchased a Samsung TV from the Reading branch. I was granted a price match quote that I accepted. I was then offered a cheaper identical returned model that I was told would be like brand new.
When the TV arrived, it was in a scruffy box and had damage on the edge on the edge of its frame.
I contacted the store and asked for a new replacement with the price promise guarantee, which I happily accepted.
My disappointment is that the returned model was damaged and nowhere near what I was expecting. I would not have wasted my time had I been given a better description of the quality of what I was buying.

Visited the Reading store and met , I believe Steve , the manager. The service was excellent and my exchange was dealt with efficiency and with courtesy. Many thanks , Mike from West wales. 11/7/26.

Richer Sounds helped me out of a tight spot. The Hisense STP I bought developed a fault (dead pixel). As it was still under warranty, Hisense were responsible for fixing it. The day before the courier was going to pick up my unit for repair, I received an email stating that the firm they use for repair had gone into receivership and my call-out was cancelled.
Hisense then knocked the ball back to Richer Sounds who said I could either accept a refund in full or a replacement unit which was the new version of my STP. Not only did I get a better unit but for £200 extra I upgraded to the IMAX capable version. A result all round. Richer Sounds were very quick to resolve this issue, courier was sent to drop off new unit and pick up the old one. Well done.

The team at the Reading branch of Richer Sounds have been incredible! They've offered invaluable advice and a level of support I simply wasn't expecting.
I went in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted and the process of ordering, delivery and set up has been absolutely seamless thanks to the assistance of the team.
I'd like to especially thank: Steve-who helped me in the store to find the right equipment for my new purchase. James-who spent ages on the phone with me helping me set up my new TV, and Luke-the absolute diamond who actually visited my home to sort out my AV receiver set up when I couldn't figure it out.
I couldn't recommend these chaps more highly and I won't hesitate to purchase my future tech from them.

Keiran from customers services was great at keeping in touch and being on the ball. The relevant stores Reading and Liverpool were great.
The let down was when my 8 month tv was deemed unrepairable I was told I could have another tv but they didnt have any stock and my monies owed were only available towards another tv so even with a 6 year warranty/guarantee it wasn't a money back guarantee 😢 so be aware it is only a replacement or a credit note. I did get a replacement when I found one at Liverpool store thanks to Diego and the Lads at the Liverpool store 👍
Ashley from customer services rang to apologise for the experience with the tv and would I add a comment regarding the customer service experience.
On reflection I feel 3 stars was fine for the part of the review regarding the credit note offered and the fact I had to pick the tv up from Liverpool (2 hour round trip)
or pay £60 delivery.
But the customer service and communication from all of the colleagues at Richer Sounds would've been 5 stars. 👍😁

I turned up 10 mins before the shop was open and they let me in. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They represented the company extremely well and to be applauded in today’s world

Having a knowledgable person that you can speak to face to face about an issue is so much better than an online discussion. The problem with my turntable was resolved very efficiently. To be fair that is usually my experience at Richer Sounds Reading branch.

Everything is working fine and delivery from DPD very fast. The driver carried everything for me. Great sevice all around

My husband Bought a fantastic sounding soundbar but found it too complicated, setting up to work withmusic streaming services by wi fi instead of the normal Bluetooth. Spoke to the manager and staff who also struggled ,so I swapped for "normal" soundbar with Bluetooth with no quibble or delays. Excellent service dealing with old non techi person like me

I was served by Luke in Telesales who was patient & helpful. I've been a Richer customer since 1989 & NEVER had a problem - always pleasant to browse & purchase.

Despite opting for free postage, my Denon Receiver arrived next day & it works with glorious rich sound via my '70's Wharfdale speakers.

My only minor niggle is remote control is "intuitive" - so a bit trial & error as to what does this button do? No idea how to programme the DAB radio, but that wasn't my main reason for purchase, as my primary reason was to play my CD's again, & play them it does!

But Hey! Great sound. Thanks Richer Sounds & Luke in Telesales.
