Always well informed and positively helpful all the staff make any purchase apleasure. The after sales service matches the sales experience and Richer Sounds will certainly remain my first call for the purchase of any TV, Hifi, or associated product.

Martin was superbly helpful, going the extra mile to locate and sell me the CD player I wanted, given some quite "fussy" requirements.

The technical help was brilliant, knew if the amplifier could support my old turntable which it couldn't but suggested another for a similar price which arrived the next day, and just plugged straight in

Had a great shopping experience!
Wanted to buy a radio, so I looked around the internet to decide what do I want. When sure of my requirements, I phoned the Croydon store, where I was greeted by very knowledgeable and helpful person. He sent me an email with links for desired products, all specifications and reviews included. Read through them, picked out one I wanted and ordered online. Next day it was delivered!
I’m very impressed by the sales team.
Way to go people! Happy!

Amazing customer service, that you do not usually find nowadays. The team at Croydon Richer Sounds have gone out of their way to assist me with an issue with my new Panasonic TV and Sky Q.
Trying to watch Ultra HD on the new Panasonic resulted in the picture blanking out.
The team arranged for someone to come to my house and fully test the TV, establishing the problem was a compatibility issue between the Sky Q box and the TV. Also assisted me in by contacting Panasonic Customer service on my behalf, when they dismissive.
Unable to resolve the problem, the team agreed to change the TV for a different brand as neither Sky or Panasonic were interested in resolving the issue, blaming each other.
Thank you to Dominic, Kerian, Paul and Richard, for all your patience, assistance and excellent customer service.
Can’t recommend Richer Sounds Croydon enough.
