Have always been happy with Richer products / service. The speakers sound great !
Was slightly disappointed I had to pay for delivery, as website says orders over £50 are delivered free.

Excellent sales service from Croydon store and subsequent enquiry when trying to set up tv was dealt with immediately and an online explanatory video confirmed Paul’s telephone advice.

Good advice, chap was happy to answer my many questions over half an hour or so. I've ended up with a decent product at a great price.

I have been a customer of Richer Sounds for many years now. The customer service is SO good that I exclusively buy my TVs and surround systems from them. Having had my previous TV for 10 years, it was time for a change/upgrade. After phoning them up, as I had a few questions, I was able to buy a TV and a new surround system at a great price. Went to the store and picked it up just in time for Christmas viewing. Excellent all-round customer service.

My family has bought tvs from Richer Sounds for many years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. This is the gold standard of service in every way and their prices are competitive. I was easily able to choose what I wanted from the website and the tv arrived very promptly.

The service was first class as always and managed to get my order to me quickly and helped me choose the right stands for my speakers

I walked into the shop with no knowledge of Head Phones but was given great assistance and subsequently ordered a pair. Sadly wasn't in stock for me to take away but they arrived at my home the very next day! I was very impressed and I am certain my husband will be very happy with his Christmas present.

A while ago I was looking to purchase a cable to hook up my new Smart TV to a very old VHS DVD combi unit.
I had the great fortune that Dominic answered the phone, and even when I said I was not a customer he assisted me with what I was looking for.
He went above and beyond as far as looking up the TV model and all its inputs to give me the best possible advice.
He spent over 30 minutes with me explaining all the different outputs and what they do.
And I phoned back a week or so later to say I had the cable and the unit was hooked up and Dominic was very pleased that I would hopefully now be able to transfer my VHS tapes to DVDs.
Unfortunately I have had to purchase another unit but I have the cable thanks to Dominic being so kind, helpful and patient.
Thank you so much, you are a credit to your workplace and I hope to meet you when I come to purchase a DVD player once all my VHS data is all on DVDs.

I recently bought Samsung S90F TV from Richer Sounds Croydon. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Paul (manager) who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. He also kindly held my TV until I was able to arrange delivery, which I really appreciated. The installation company (ClemoTech AV) he recommended was just as impressive—professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them.

Martin was superbly helpful, going the extra mile to locate and sell me the CD player I wanted, given some quite "fussy" requirements.
