I had an excellent experience with Richard Sounds Croydon, thanks to Dominic. He is one of the most helpful members of staff I have ever come across.
From the moment I walked in, Dominic went above and beyond to provide a truly first-class service. His professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he took the time to answer every question without making me feel rushed.
Dominic is a real credit to Richard Sounds and a huge asset to the company. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and I only wish there were more people like him.

We had plenty of questions about the quality of various tvs ie,oled,qled etc,Richard the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of advice as to what would suit us best,we ended up wigh 65"s90f samsung and a klysch sound bar,very easy installation and we are over the moon with the quality of the products

I bought a Cambridge audio MXN10 streamer on-line. I had a helpful chat on the phone and have had excellent service since with set-up help and all queries answered helpfully and quickly. Recommended.

The team in store were incredibly helpful, didn’t hesitate to apply a price-match discount, and called me later that day to confirm the order had gone through (having requested set up of 3x PayPal payments). Delivery was as promised and clear comms throughout. Highly recommended!

As usual Richer sounds went the extra mile for my needs. I wanted 4 loudspeakers for a set up, specific ones, and they managed to find them for me - which was hard as they are becoming scarce...possible end of line. I always go first to richer sounds as they can almost always supply what I am looking for...Over the past few years I have changed a lot on my two set ups

We recently had a TV replaced that we purchased under extended warranty that is offered with the VIP account. Having this was brilliant and saved us a lot of money on 3 year old TV, as the TV could not be repaired we were given a credit and paid the difference to upgrade, the staff we dealt with from reporting to receiving the TV we brilliant. We would not go anywhere else for Tech stuff have used Richer Sounds for years.

Your owner/staff are all warm and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and attentive.
I ordered my item in store for delivery. Arrived on time. Two days later I found the item cheaper with another supplier and received a refund within 2 hours of using the price match form, which by the way was super easy to find and use.

What made my experience with Richer Sounds great was the no-nonsense responses to all my queries and the excellent demonstration of the product so I could try in store before buying. Dominic was very knowledgeable and patient.
