Always a great shopping experience from Richer Sounds. Staff are patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

i visited the store . Staff polite courteous ,. arranged demo of item I was considering to purchase.
subsequently I completed purchase via tel call.

Knowledgable and friendly staff, willing to spend time demonstrating a product and finding alternatives.
Chosen item wasn't in stock, but arrived at store for collection next day, as promised, with a phone call and email to inform me.
Very happy with chosen item from a manufacturer I would not have expected or chosen without a demo, and at a good price.

They are always consistent in giving good advice, expertise and service in the shop, no matter what you’re interested in or going in to buy.
So would highly recommend.

Problems with a product. Staff were very helpful in sorting the problems out with no prevarication!

Very helpful with advice and demonstrating the products on show. Not so good when it comes to giving a fair trade in price despite the advertised trade up and save. I got a much better deal at a rival company.

Excellent throughout, provided me the exact model I was looking for of 4k laser projector, £1400……. Mine was just missing the unstruction manual for £800
