I had a great experience. Tim was very helpful, gave me objective advice and set up a demo that gave me a good idea of the options I had. I ended up purchasing a set of speakers and I am very happy with them.

What fabulous staff at Chiswick: friendly, listened to our requirements, made recommendations, no attempt to upsell or push more products. just enthusiastic, efficient and brilliant service. It is always a pleasure to buy from Richer Sounds. Over the years we have bought tvs and hi fi equipment . All have been excellent . The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The only occasion I have had to use the Richer Sounds guarantee it worked very smoothly.

Very pleased with my purchase. Great service in particular Joe and installation engineer, plus delivery staff Gareth and Mark. Only issue was the confusion about the facility to adjust the legs on the Bravia 8 ii ,this was resolved promptly even though there was an extra installation cost. Overall though excellent service.

So impressed with the help I received yesterday from Richer Sounds.

On October 20th I bought a TV/soundbar combo, having thought I'd bagged a super low price. On Black Friday the price dropped again by a further £229.

I rang Richer Sounds in the hope they might compensate, but i thought it was a longshot.

I spoke to the very friendly and helpful Simon in the Chiswick branch who took note of my request and then rang me back to confirm the difference in price would be refunded to me.

I am SO impressed with Richer Sounds and I feel they have gained a customer for life in me thanks to their honourable price promises.
