Spoke with DJ in Cambridge a few times been very helpful & informative & have now bought 2 TV’s & a stand from hun within the last 3 months amazing experience & great deliveries

At the Cambridge store, I spoke to Paul who was first class nothing two much trouble, I ordered the new Dali Kupid speakers they were delivered the next day I’m still running them in but I have to say they are superb speakers no one will be disappointed with these I’ve had many speakers over the year these are fantastic this is the forth time I’ve used the Cambridge store I would never go any where else first class service

Tom, the salesperson I spoke to, couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable about the options I was exploring.

I was recommended Richer Sounds as a place to get good hi-fi separates. The staff were amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me towards a turntable, which was delivered today. Fabulous quality, stylish piece of kit. If you are considering buying electrical gear, these are your people!

The guy who helped me was eager, helpful, knew exactly what I wanted, gave me options and then gave me quick check out.
And I was desperate for a charger after 3 hours on a train with no sockets, so this was such a relief!
