Richer Sounds - Bournemouth Recensioni 

Over the last twenty years, and before that in London, whenever I have needed new HiFi separates I have gone straight to Richer Sounds in Bomo. Today, I went thinking I needed a new amp but Oscar was right on it and, instead, fitted me up with new banana plug leads which have revived the stereo and sound fresh and clear. They are absolutely ace, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend this store more.

Having just purchased a Marantz CD6007 my daughter on hearing it announced she wanted to upgrade her “hand me down” amp & speakers so after a little research we spoke to the Bournemouth branch who gave advice & she made her decision Arcam +5 & Dali Oberon 5’s in dark walnut (which was a must!) & they both sound & look! Amazing

Superb team. All the staff, that I dealt with, were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a couple of problems and they were only to pleased to sort me out. Buying on line is all very well, but when you do have a problem, it is very reassuring knowing you can, either phone, or go down in person to the store to discuss the problem. Great stuff Richer Sounds!!!!

From the initial telephone engagement to ordering & paying: it all went very smoothly and without fuss. I had a clear view of what I wanted but was open to suggestions and after a few questions & answers the delivery date was confirmed and duly picked up as forecasted. I easily ordered what I needed online, was met by friendly staff at the shop who had the part I ordered ready for me. This is the third or fourth time I have used Richer sounds for high value items and have always been pleased with their service.

The staff (Oscar) was very knowledgeable, trying to meet our needs without influencing too much. The follow-up delivery and confirming emails were appreciated

Shopped in the Bournemouth store. I must say the service is second to none. They have a great understanding of the equipment they are selling and more importantly to me open and honest. I would recommend them again and again. I have suffered by big companies Costomer service before and started to think I may as well just buy from Amazon for the convenience . Richer sounds has made me realise that great Costomer service is still around and well worth going there to see them. I can some times be over critical with the Costomer services but honestly Richer Sounds deserves the five stars and more. I will be buying all my electrical equipment from there even though i live 2 hours away in Swindon . We all need to support these companies because they are hard to find!!!

Paul was superb with his advice and insight. I’m left extremely satisfied with my new system. I keep listening to music from throughout my lifetime and rediscovering details and musicality never spotted before. Which is an absolute and utter delight.

After four and a half years, our TV went faulty. Richer Sounds loaned us a new unit while they evaluated the repair. It turned out that the old unit was beyond economic repair and we were offered a sum as compensation, which we accepted. The manager and staff were very helpful throughout the whole process and we now have a new TV that we are very satisfied with. Keep up the great work RS Team.
