Very easy to use and helpful staff when you have problems

Fabulous experience to join Saracens at a Training Day in St Albans. Greeted by Saracen's host Simon Mattick, we were introduced the Coaches, who shared with us the day's training schedule in detail and answered all our questions. Watched the players in the Weights room, then scrummaging practice and lineout development. All training now aided by technology to assist the players actually review their own performances with the coaches. Lunch (healthy and delicious) followed with the opportunity to chat with some of the players and then view from the back the Players meeting with the coaches as they held an interactive session on the previous training performance. The players and coaches then took to the field to warm up and go through their development routine, which was again monitored by technology with a pair of drones recording everything and the personal GPS monitors tracking their movements and medical condition. The day ended with our thanking our host Simon, the coaches, players, medics, techies and support staff for their very warm welcome and indulgence. Certainly a day to remember for all of us as we got up close and enjoyed the life of a professional rugby player and staff at Saracens.

Generally really good especially when cashing in points for goods. Some points have taken a long time to be processed though.

I love the way I can shop and still save money towards merchandise/tickets for my favourite team - Saracens!

I don't actually use the rewards system at all other than when buying Season Tickets etc with Saracens themselves so don't really have an opinion.

I don't really get involved other than at Allianz Park

Whilst my season ticket ensures I do get some "reward" each season I have only ever tried to use the "link through" system once, I didn't get any points and I didn't get any response to my queries so gave up using it

I have been trying to contact rewards4rugby for quite a few weeks....all my emails do is bounce back irrelevant of which email address i use...please help me contact them??

I have changed my rating from 2* to 4* as i have been contacted very efficiently and quickly, my problems all sorted.

Trying to stop unwanted e mails to my girlfriend. Unsubscribe button does not work, e mail address does not connect.
Seems like they are doing everthing possible to circumvent data protection rules.

The service and communication is first class. The rewards for doing something I love is so much rewarding.

Effortlessly raised plenty of contributions towards my Saracens just by ordering pizza and making purchases through the Rewards4Rugby link...Simple, but great idea!

Waste of time, value of points so small it has no tangible impact

I love Rewards 4Rugby because it is so easy to use - to both save and spend the points. Would highly recommend you give it a go

Very badly handled,points not allocated properly and like Saracens themselves appear set on ripping us off.
