Really easy to use the points and the link to the club’s online shop was very straightforward. Simple and clear to follow. Points earned were easily used for my purchase.

When I went into the Saracens shop I…
When I went into the Saracens shop I was told I had no money on my season ticket account. This was not the first time that this has happened so I had to show them an email stating how much the rewards were worth before they accepted it. All in all not the best experience not to say rather embarrassing!!
